For inspection (like you did with the amp), I have a very cheep usb endoscope that plugs into my phone. It has the advantage of being about the diameter of a pencil and about 30mm long, so can be wiggled between 'stuff'. The only issue I have is it can be difficult to know which way up it is. I even printed on my 3d printer a mount for it that attaches to my 3/8 socket extension bars so I have a 'wand' that keeps it the correct way up.
Go further maybe?🤨 You may find the BENQ software will work in tandem with OBS. Too bad you didn't give it a whirl because even my 1280p QuickCam Orbit controller app was able to take care of many camera functions while OBS used the final output.
@@Ty-sm9cv You are right too, I said 'bonk' at first because I thought it was funny, then convinced myself it was a French company... Ben Queue it is Bringing Enjoyment N Quality to life. These French Taiwanese companies..Doh!
None of the usual places in the UK currently selling this... What's the point of supplying for a review when it's not available? Marketing and Sales depts disconnected Benq?
Well;... when just trying 2 C if it is intuitive 2 use;... work right of the box;... without reading the manual is fine... But sadly it doesn't give the product given 2 U try out FULL JUSTICE... That is pretty crappy for a $210 "web" camera... I have a Microsoft LIfecam that looks much better and I have gotten them at yard sales for a few bucks.

Cool
Could you zoom in when using it overhead to look at PCBs? I'm wondering if that would make it a better microscope alternative.

Six Thousand New Acoustic Dimensions!
Are you firends with Sorin😅
Ben Q (note the capital Q).
I always pronounce this company as, 'Bonk'. I think that is fairly close as well as being amusing.
I always thought it was Ben-Q, hence the capitalization of the Q.
