You should just use your natural voice, the computer voice is a bit frustrating. Other then that, great tips!

Literally NO BODY likes watching a video or tik tok with the damn computer voice 😑

And the English grammatical errors in every sentence make it so frustrating, it's almost incomprehensible

Mirrors are powerful stuff... They have power to reflect energy, two mirror reflection each other can cause depression. So b4 use mirror at home think twice on the direction on where to put ur mirror.

Good tips but the visuals could be more representative as you show mostly bright and open naturally-lit areas

I have a problem I have a very old house and the light in the living room is very poor. I am going to put very light colour in the room that will help. But I am wondering that if I put mirrors in the window recess would this help too. I have the advantage that the recesses are very deep as it is a granite house. Every other room in the house is fine. Just the living room. It would be a very big job to add a new larger window due to the thickness of the granite walls.

It depends on the room type. You must be doing something wrong.

Civil Mentor if you had no useful advice then you shouldn't have replied. Saying that someone did something wrong just like that with barely any information is pretty rude and it makes you seem like a very dislikable person

Is it a north-facing room? That might be why. Or if your windows are in shade due to big trees, etc outside. Then it would help to add several different light sources, like a floor lamp plus larger end table lamps, maybe some of those fairy lights in a dark corner.

I think you are in a north-facing room, or something block your window. Also if the room is very long(north-facing), the nature light from the window will harldly work, you need to think about other light.

Good ideas! Can ask you for a tip. I have an L Shaped living cum Dining area. My Dining area has Glass French Doors and gets direct natural light but Sitting area doesn't get direct natual light except on one of its walls. Can you please suggest what can be done to make the sitting area brighter?

Also put more light closer to the walls rather than just having a main light in the middle because it makes the room seem much larger

I got my room painted purple (a darker shade than I expected) and the light is a yellow color so it looks really wierd. But this video helped
