Thanks for sharing your ideas. My one spare bedroom was always really dark. A few months ago I decided to do a makeover. I painted the walls a warm white switched my curtains to white from the gray ones that were there and added a cream colour bedspread on the bed.My sister came to visit and couldn’t get over how light and bright the room was. My problem area is one part of my hallway has no windows. I have a accent shelves down the hallway and a little lamp that comes on at night. But during the day it just seems so dark. The walls are a light cream colour. I may have to take your advice and accent lighting for under the shelves. Thanks again for sharing your ideas and brightening my afternoon with your bubbly personality.💕💕💕
I love your decorative style it helps me to decorate my bedroom I am older and I live with my daughter and husband and boys so my room I am always going to hobby lobby and thrift stores for decorating. I think Jason is such a handsome man. God Bless the both of you .

OH! Gonna make my husband order 6 small furniture lights in our basement... brilliant ideas (and he is a huge light snob AND the handyman, so it won't be a huge issue for him to do it!) He even has smart lights so I tell Alexa to turn on the lights and magically they all do (or verbally turn off.)

Where did you get the “under shelf” lights in your bookcase? I think they came with remotes. Great tips in this video. (per usual) Yes, I could not believe how a light rug on a hardwood floor brightened up my living room!
