I saw a profound change in the show in the second season and stayed with it 'til it went of the air. I really didn't pay attention to the fact that Debbie Allen was the "change for the better" that kept that show relevant and interesting. Thank you so much Mz Allen and the best to you and yours. Her mom was so right. She put into words what I was trying to explain to my teenage sons why I will not accept twists, piercings and tattoos. They want to go to college for engineering and computers and I was trying to explain to them how that was counter to what they said they want to do.
