I'm from Singapore. Saw this movie in Jan 1971 in Pondicherry. Was 9 yrs old then. Starry-eyed, I probably was. Have watched it many times over the years. Excellent comedy but a few questions though......Ravichandran likes to drive with the passenger door open in the opening scene( cameraman was too lazy to close it perhaps). Nagesh in the sports shop , 'nalaikki Nayithukilamai da paavi ' but Moorthy says its Friday and its Mali's responsibility to clean the room. Nagesh is a genius, ' he likes to read LIFE with the magazine upside down.
This movie was introduced by my father. I had watched couple of times. Now he is no more. Very sad.... Later when I watch again, I feel as if my father around. Thanks for the upload...
I think from childhood till now... I'm a fan of this movie... So many times I watched it. But, each time it gets more funnier than before... Very informative as well
Just awesome! Can’t believe such an awesome fantastic comedy movie could have been produced by the Tamil Film Industry in the 1960s! It’s such a wholesome package with a taut n crispy storyline, a neat script, technically sound direction n natural acting. The star of the movie is as usual Nagesh who simply overshadows everybody else with his charming, charismatic natural acting skills!

Good comedy. Ramaprabhas booth song with expressions from Murthy, nagesh, maali and thengai enjoyable. Songs enjoyable. I am recollecting now at the age of 68.
