I'm going to play this song tonight for the Yamaha Piano Coarse Concert. My teacher told me to keep listening to this song because it might help me out. Thanks!
I am playing this for my competition. Listening to you play the piece is really really helpful. You are very good at controlling the dynamics. The music that you play is very beautiful and helpful! Keep posting videos!😊
as far as i know, the grades are used by the top colleges like RCM and ABRSM... they are like school grades, once you pass the final test for grade 4 you go to grade 5 and so on... Many pieces are rated by which grade you would play them in, right. In the RCM syllabus book, there's a list of pieces for each grade and some technical exams as well. RCM and ABRSM colleges steer not only towards classical but towards jazz and contemporary as well. If you prefer only classical, i'd stick to the Henle rating system. It's basically the same, but it has 9 grades as opposed to RCM (12) and ABRSM (11)
It depends on the program/college/company. The difficulty may be the same even if the level is diffrent. For example, grade 8 RCM may be equal to grade 12 ABRSM in difficulty
