  • Kunna Gosht is very similar to nihari but with fewer spices and a thinner consistency. Perfect for dawat menu . Its so easy to make require no special ingredients and tastes divine.
    Ingredients:
    Mutton 1/2kg(preferably Boongh (shank)or Puth (Loin)
    Oil 1/2cup
    Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
    Fried onion 1/2cup
    Salt 1.5tsp
    Red chilli powder 1tsp
    Kashmiri lal mirch 1tbsp(just for colour)
    Garam masala 1/2tsp
    Dhaniya powder 1tbsp
    Ata/wheat flour 3tbsp dissolved in cup water
    Shah zeera/kala zeera 1tsp
    Roasted safaid Zeera 1/2tsp
    Coriander leaves
    Green chillies
    Ginger
    Lemon
    Total water used 3cups
    Instant Pot: pressure cook it for about 18-20mins(depends on meat) followed by cooking on saute mode for about 5mins after adding Wheat flour , ginger, chillies and coriander leaves
