I think this window is effectively the last transition from when Arteta took over as we have cleared all the players who became a drop in quality as our squad improved and were taking up squad places and salaries. All our 1st team players are now top quality and our new signings can now be at the same level or higher going forward.

Partey and Jorginho will have to be replaced with new buys because our Academy isn’t producing. That’s $100m outlay right there with zero sales because we already got rid of the dead wood this window.
