3 minutes of Joe Dart slammin' it out! Wow! Thanks for the video! Sometimes, when I play my bass, I pretend I'm Joe Dart. For some reason it never sounds this good.
can someone explain how he does the high E at 1:28? From what I gather, it's either bending (extremely fast/for only a 16th note, probanly from Eb and having to go to D right after), DADA tuning which seems impractical for the rest of the solo or he just has 24 frets. Though it's probably the latter, I'm assuming he's playing a Stingray and I haven't found any similar ones with 24 frets.

Joe Dart. The only bassist in the world that can stop people from talking during his solo.
Maybe Rhonda Smith too?
Ever heard of Geddy Lee
That's not true you can hear them talking
yeahhh betul betul betul

i almost had a heart attack, fainted, died, then be brought back to life again by what he did at 1:33
Man his amp system is really working for him the tone is so fuckin good
I personally think it sounds like a fart and would hate to have that tone for myself, but for some reason it's perfect for him
@@d.s.9692 in my opinion his best tone was with his good old jazz bass

Are you playing the "Joe Dart on the Joe Dart" bass?
Listening to this is enough work to be my warm up for a practice session
I loooove how people listen and take him in
I would eat 1:58 for breakfast if I could. Such a rich solo
I need this energy back in my life. Here in Brazil, I don't know when I can expect it...
Mama aqui ó
We’ve seen the joe dart head shake, now we have the joe dart full body shake
he's incredible, always ready to play a good solo 😍
1:36 “OH MY FUCK” I couldn’t agree more sir
I was there. This was my last show before COVID. Glad live music is back, but Joe needs to come back to DC soon.

I'm that guy yelling "oh my god!" In the background
The "Oh my God" at 1:36 lol
Man, Joe was trying everything but the drummer just wouldn't come!
fr man i was like noooo throw me in coach this is awesome
Truth!
The drummer frustrated me so much, he just wouldn't let the build up happen, big bruh moment
Maybe Joe just had dry, callousy hands and it was chafing
what are you guys on about
There are others, but not many. I love Joe Dart.
He just glides on that fretboard.
Those days seem so far away
Hopefully not for much longer
Foggy from Daredevil killing it on drums
And that's.. Matt Murdock on bass.
Cannot believe COVID screwed me over from seeing this tour in Montreal. Next time.
This guy's a beast
I suppose you could say he's... beastly
That energy! epic
2:03 the next day after eating a whole block of cheese

He's playing the Joe Dart!
He just plays octave on A and G string (12 and 14 frets) , then plays 10 fret on A string then slide to 17 fret of A string

Anyone else think Joe Dart would make a great muppet?
Johnny Bravo?
This bass solo was so good they had to shut down the whole country
"Epic" is a bit redundant here. Every Joe Dart solo is epic :P
Who's the blonde?!?!
Look up the word “groove” in the dictionary. You’ll see a picture is Joe Dart.
Goddamn
Why stop playing under the bass-solo. ( drums) ? He plays a electric bass
Nobody gonna talk about Theos amazing vocals?
Holy shit.
Actually, I want to see his left hand 😅
You're not supposed to go that far up the neck Joe!!
Yummy 😋
He no Jaco!
