I am really scared to eat im eating no fat foods jello rice cakes yogurt chicken breast lean ham and turkey fruit bars and veggie pain is to bad i have gallstones and it's so much stuff on youtube it's hard to no what to eat
Sherri Gilliam yes I don’t blame you! Gallbladder attacks are no joke and SO painful!!! I was super scared to eat also! I just figured out what worked for my body. Everyone is sodifferent. I knew that eating lettuce all day was not going to satisfy me so as long as I payed attention to the fat content in foods I was okay. I was able to eat a lot of different foods as long as they were low fat... unfortunately it’s all trial and error! Good luck and know you aren’t alone 🙂
I had my gallbladder removed almost 3 weeks ago and I’m figuring out what to eat still. I’m drinking coffee still , less dairy or I try to have lactose free milk when I’m craving some milk lol, I switched my sugar to Splenda only, and almost NOTHING fried. I’m sticking with nonstick spray. Oh and tons of water! I’m still eating normal but I’m smaller portions 🤗 thanks for sharing girl 💕
Hey I still have my gallbladder and I am trying not to have the surgery. I am trying to get rid of it on my own.( Any suggestions for a detox to get rid of the stones?) I am having so much trouble figuring out recipes to eat and I am always hungry. I heard we can't eat any butter or tomatoes. Can someone clarify please?
Not sure how it went with your gallbladder. They say there is this piedra ancha or something related that you can take to crush your gallstones u can buy it at amazon. It was too late for me and just had mine taken out last Thursday. Good luck
Ramon Halley congratulations on your baby! I’m sorry to hear about your gallstones! It is not fun that’s for sure! So when I first found out about my gallstones I had done so much research and was eating textbook gallbladder diet... I was starving! So I incorporated a few things like eggs and coffee and they honestly never bothered me. I couldn’t have any dairy tho so I switch up my milk for almond milk/coconut milk. It was all trial and error which isn’t fun but it’s the only way to know. Hope this helps! And just remember everyone is different 😊
Stephanie Young I’m so scared to eat anything . I literally haven’t ate anything but apples , apple sauce , apple juice , cranberry juice . My pain is so bad . But maybe I should try it ... thanks for the reply !!!
Ramon Halley be careful if you only eat fruit and veggies you'll get SIBO. it causing constant severe bloating even when you've not ate anything. It's over growth of the bad bacteria in your stomach. I had gone to a vegetarian diet and it did that to me. It was horrible.
Amy Ogle I have opened up my variety , I now eat cheese , anything but ground beef , no carne asada . I couldn’t do only veggies and fruit , I needed to eat something I felt so weak .
@@casiesilverman I have since had my gallbladder removed, so yes, I now eat pretty normal. I try and stick to a balanced diet, for the most part it does not bother me.
Of course they say you cannot eat anything but basically lettuce. I believe I found a good balance and I did what worked for me. That being said, what works for me doesn't mean it will work for everyone. I did a lot of research and it took a lot of trial and error to figure out what my body could digest. Thanks for watching! Good luck on your journey.
Hello. ❤ I had my gallbladder removed on 16th Jan. How long did u get yours removed before making this video and what are very healthy light meal I should eat until my body gets use to other heavy food? I heard eggs, toast etc.. Are bad. Bc toast is with butter n egg is fatty??
Mommy Videos hello! Thanks for watching! So I hadn’t had my gallbladder removed yet here. I was eating what worked for me. Everyone is slightly different. Eggs do bother a ton of people but as long as I scrambled them ( in almost no butter) I was able to eat them fine. But I couldn’t eat them over easy or I would have a flare up. As for light meals post surgery... I did a lot of soups and yes toast very minimal butter. And to be honest I was terrified to eat because I always felt sick afterwards. But that goes away eventually.
I just got diagnosed with gallstones, and I'm waiting to have my surgery. Had a really bad episodes the last two days, when I really just threw up. Managed to hold down coffee today and red grapes. Trying my way through what I can eat, though I'm mourning not being able to eat hot dogs :(
What? yes, they are. You can absolutely eat lean meats that have no fat as it's the fat that causes the attacks. Chicken breast and turkey breast with the skin removed is fine. Also, coffee is known to help *prevent* gallstones. If you can handle drinking it there is no issue in doing so.
Hi Stephanie I had my surgery the best thing to do it went really good eating good no t totally eating fat foods but I am going to and have a cocktails this weekend hope your surgery go good you will need it the pain is to bad
Thanks for watching ! I can eat most things... I try and stay away from fats but I do allow myself to indulge... I have a hard time digesting avacados.. My body is still adjusting but for the most part I am feeling good!
as i have stated before not everyone is the same some can eat one thing and not bother while the next person will have problems trial and error experiment same goes with medicinines
M J hi! I actually just had it removed on Thursday! So I had made changes in my diet to save me from having attacks. I still had them here and there because I was not eating perfectly. But they were no where as bad as they had been. I cut out all greasy foods and dairy. I followed a pretty strict diet for the most part. I intend to follow a similar diet now that my gallbladder has been removed, As you still shouldn’t eat fatty/greasy. It has been a total life style change that is for sure.
Is this video a joke or is she just trolling us? She’s literally eating all the foods that can cause gallbladder attacks. Eggs, butter, nuts, chicken, coffee, and bread. I don’t think she has gallstones like the rest of us and she just probably labeled the video gallstone diet since it’s a popular search and she can get more views.
I was told not to eat half the things she's eating but my doctor did say chicken and lettuce were okay hahahaha So at least chicken is fine. Provided it's grilled or baked. The odd thing is though I think it's different for everyone what they can and cannot eat. I don't notice foods triggering mine, I can eat like crap and never have a problem then eat well and suddenly have a flair up. I got a flair up that sent me to the ER after I had begun to limit the fat and sugar in my foods! O.O But I do think it's odd to eat so much cholesterol when a lot of gallstones are made from it.
Before having my gallbladder removed, chicken and egg didn't really bother me. In moderation of course. My triggers were sauted, fried and cheesy foods. Today is the 11th day post op, doctor told me I can eat anything now but still scared to eat the foods I was used to. But tonight, had s small slice of pizza, a few fries and a bit of coffee. It went down fine. Yey!Just belching a bit but other than that I'm fine.
