I think you are correct Scott. I believe a lot of what Bowles decides to do with the new kickoff rule will depend on how well our offense is moving the ball and scoring. If we are putting up points with little difficulty, I'd bet Bowles will have Camarda boot it through the end zone. Then put the onus on his defense to get more stops than the other team. But perhaps if we are struggling to score, he may opt to try to pin a team deep to get a field position advantage for our offense.
Why don't they just do away with kickoffs and start at the 30 because touchbacks are boring There's a commercial before and after the coin toss then a kickoff through the end zone and then another commercial
all the teams will practice kicking the ball in play during pre-season. Then, in week 1, all the teams will boot it through the endzone!
It's very possible. I think the Bucs will opt for the touchback more often than not.
Good segment Mr Reynolds.
Thank you, Jim!
Great job Scott. Keep up the good work. Love Pewter Report. LFG!!!!
Appreciate the kind words! Thank you!

Well said.
The new kick return rule is legit one of the most intriguing rule changes I remember. I can’t wait to see how it all falls out.
I'm excited to see it for sure. Hated when kickoffs were just automatic touchbacks.
The "NEW KICK RETURN RULE" will be very entertaining and interesting. Go Bucky Go!
