The level design in this game isn’t actually that bad. The puzzles and environments are somewhat creative. THE CHARACTERS/STORY are the problem.

I was probably being ever so slightly generous when it came to the level design. Just a tiny bit. The characters are still the worst part. I also don’t encourage giving detailed criticisms about games you haven’t played.
Furthermore why do the ghosts always say, “Target acquired,” when they see Pac? As if they’re robots?
I would argue that if you've watched the show then you'd know what's going on, but the lack of context when you *haven't* watched the show is excruciating

I watched this a very long time ago and I still like it!
This is one of my favorite Pac-man games, Due to it having a feature named "Power-Ups" similar to the Copy Abilities found in the Kirby franchise, and having some unique designs for each for Pac-man when he uses a power-up.
I actually found this iteration of pac man to be quite entertaining plus the strange abilities of the berries are awsome
