honestly that's such a smart move by the devs they knew that what made the strongest battlegrounds so good is it pretty raw and unique combat system this will not only attract new players but players who are already veterans in The Strongest battlegrounds who struggled to find other alternatives due to how bad other games combat system is compared to TSBG this game has so much potential if it gets done right and expands on the already raw combat system but with it's own unique characters moves
Well you are guaranteed for the game having unique moves and stuff since it’s a game based off a completely diff anime. Dragon ball. And dragon ball is usually known for fight scenes so expect good moves to come
This might mean the owner of z battlegrounds might change the combat system to the one he made for Ki battlegrounds.
TSB comment was NOT unique it borrowed 99% of it's mechanics from games like ABA 😐

the coolest touch to the game is that when you have hair and go super saiyan in ki battlegrounds, your roblox hair is animated to change to gold
I like what project smash did. Taking some aspects of normal battleground games and putting a twist on it. Also so many characters
I feel like there’s a battlegrounds game for each fandom and tbh at what I love, I’m a dragon ball fan and being able to do iconic moves of my childhood heroes and fusing with my friend is just the coolest for me. I also love opm and jjk and strongest and sorcerer battlegrounds is so cool too! I love these games and I like that there are tweeks that make em different in a way. On pen and paper, yes there very similar, but multiple little changes to the mechanics and combat system can really change the game
If theres one that isnt an anime battlegrounds game i want its about Transformers. I just need one of those. The mechanics would be pretty good since Transformers have very many ways to fight heres a list of those

i feel like sorcerers battlegrounds also comes fairly close to being close to strongest, its animations are fairly clean, and i think its good that not every games movement/attack/exerything is the same as strongest

I think the games not being similar or being strongest battlegrounds but better in some way is a good thing. The games are based on different anime’s and I think having differences can be good. Especially since games being different than others is sometimes what makes it fun.

it def has potential the combat almost feels good the punch hitbox feels a little iffy and theres no endlag if u miss moves
The moves’ function is almost the same as TSBG like, Kamehameha = Normal Punch, Meteor Combination is Consecutive Punches, Meteor Blow is Shove and Dragon Throw is uppercut.
it isnt. meteor combination knocks back, kamehameha doesnt rollback, meteor blow makes the person go up.

@@sharky_obby-creator was comparing ki bgs to tsbgs, not the moves. the moves in tsbgs being similar is due to move types, like bd being both mid and close ranged and easily extending but flowing has extremely low range capability, especially compared to bd.
aerial pinpoint is actually quite different when you compare it to jet dive. jet dive is a mid-long range ender/poke tool with a pretty big hitbox while aerial pinpoint is a harder to hit, mid range starter. while being pretty hard to hit, it guarantees a combo
This game looks great seems great and will be great I just hope they keep the characters from Z battlegrounds because they’re so awesome 🎉
The only other game that i know that is as close to strongest battlegrounds, combat wise is soul’s battlegrounds. The game is small and barely known tho and its a shame because its really fun and very smooth to play. The only issue i’ve had with the game is ping but that could just be a me issue. Highly recommend checking it out

The only thing I have to say about the game is that the combos are a bit to made for each other. It flows too well and it kinda limits optimal combo’s making the game lose its u know attraction. There are so many combo that can be in one move set while something like saitama having like 20 different combos, this game I can imagine for goku 5-10.
It doesn't even feel like tsb tbh.
Ngl still better than most of battlegrounds games where lack of combos is a thing, Ki battlgerounds is decent game and has potential, also im pretty sure its gonna get better in future. Strongest battlgerounds wasnt perfect from the start too, im sure it should get a chance

u should definitely try out heaven stand: rework, it has great animations, and great pvp and i feel that it's just too underrated for it's amount of players
There was another creater I forgot his name, but he created dbz battlegrounds which is about an exact replica of ki battlegrounds. The reason is, aspector bought dbz battlegrounds from the owner and took some features put it into z battlegrounds. But the map and the mechanics all come from dbz battlegrounds

in my opinion the only battlegrounds that i think can match up to tsb in terms of smoothness and enjoyability is curse battlegrounds. but it indeed pretty different from tsb, because it has its own mechanics that no other bg game has. ( combo metres, e.t.c. )

Idk if u will see this but when u do dragon throw when the player almost lands u can front dash and it knocks him away it’s kinda like a tech it can also help in combos
Btw (explain) the game is like a battlegrounds with events that people need survive it to get points(u cant see how many u get it) after that u get a particle or sparckles getting 50 points i think, with 100 points u get a cape that u can custom it with gamepass, the one game pass that is "op" or was op is Noob Bat, it costs 200 robux, and have another way to get it, the way is killing 300 players in a row, if you left, u lose it, with 100 kills u get a banana(what this does?) The strongest battlegrounds wasn’t the first battlegrounds game, there were some others that came out earlier such as alternate battlegrounds (which is goated tbh)

Best Games of 2023 can we expect? I got a voice acting background and have to say that Yuri Lowenthal's voice has been such an inspiration for me since the Prince of Persia Trilogy. His performance in Spidey 2 is amazing. The vocal training was really tough, sometimes without noticeable results for months but actors like him and the late Kevin Conroy are a great impulse to not give up. You almost saw me as Leon in those new RE games :)

the main difference between the 4 battlegrounds games, are that tsb is based off opm, heroes battlegrounds is based off mha, sorcerer’s battlegrounds, is based off jjk and Z battlegrounds (ki battlegrounds too) are based off dbz and dbs.

You can predict if someone uses death counter, but yeah it can be annoying sometimes, especially when that one person gets on the middle of your fight to bait you

It's insane that you can be scrutinized for making a game in a genre in such a way that it actually fits into the genre you're trying to make the game in. I've never seen a platform where everyone knows so much yet so little about their games to quite the extent that Roblox showcases
Project smash is kinda better in MY opinion there are cool classes and it's got no ULT so it fully skill based and it not based of anime and has fun but basic classes definitely check it out

Do aetherfall battlegrounds, its nothing like the others, because it pretty much has an entirely different way to play and everything is balanced because everything feels like its an ukt moveset. (Except a few)
There is 1 battleground game that was made before tsb, its called lightsaber battlegrounds
Just to say, Aspector did not make everything.
He borrowed assets from DBZ battlegrounds, even whole moves like Meteoric Combination and Dragon Throw, as well as the SSJ ult animation (he just slapped in some camera effects. I also believe some of the VFX for Kamehameha is borrowed, as well as Meteoric Blow and the arena tiles and grass and ground textures.
He put a heavy amount of the DBZ battlegrounds assets into the game.

Just checked, meteoric blow or kamehameha wasn't put into the game, only the camera shake was.
I think either the kamehameha vfx was improved because the camera shake and finishers are visibly the same, even the kamehameha kill effect is.
Meteoric Combo and Dragon Throw VFX were improved on and the stage was leveled higher.
Overall the game is pretty much a better DBZ battlegrounds.
There should be an option in the settings to cancel aura
They don’t want the game to be too close because then it’ll basically just be a complete copy of strongest battlegrounds so they probaly changed up the combat and stuff on purpose

I can a few issues with the strongest battlegrounds: for some reason when you miss a forward dash by one inch when someone is blocking it breaks there block another one is that when you dash out of grand slams range it still hits for no reason another general issue is that when your behind someone and use quick slice/beat down it does not break you block and the strongest battlegrounds and amy battlegrounds game tbh has ass hit box legit the hit boxes suck some are too big two small some glitch out for no reason I could be five miles away from someone and there forward dash still hit oh and also when ever i parry a forward dash they some how aren't stunned and m1 me i literally m1 the moment i parry and they still don't get stunned it's so weird to me. That's all the issues I can think of there are to many.
Heroes battle ground has a character with 4 variations of 1 attack one,u can master vigilante deku also u can go higher in the air with some characters also not only that they have atleast a faster or sometimes a smother and more realistic finisher and u can hit someone to the wall
All of the finishers are the same tbh, most of them, and also there is WAY too many vfx and clanky combat, dashes feels slow. Gsme is decent but not as good as ki battlegrounds and strongest battlgerounds

btw theres a bunch of seemed to be used scripts from DBZ battlegrounds (which was sold to Z and then parts from it used in Ki) the map is very similar, the leaderboard is the same. And the movement. DBZ always had this sort of longer dash than ANY battlegrounds game, and you can see it inaide of Ki. All in really saying here, theres re used assets from DBZ battlegrounds that was put inside Ki Battlegrounds.
It's literally the same map without the mountains and weird frontal area. The lighting is the same for fuck's sake. That game itself is still pretty fun but it is in some sort of development hell as it got like 2 updates in the past 5 months, with no new content, but rather patches.
Hard disagree with the movement though. It's no Heroes' Battlegrounds floatiness but it's up there.
@BaldSun what I exactly mean by movement I'm talking about its front dashes. Both comparison has stupidly long dashes that read about the whole cell arena in game, but overall yeah completely agree
I think this is going to be one of the top battlegrounds games on Roblox(also Sorcerer battlegrounds is real good with a different combat mechanic)
Bro there’s so many problems with sorcerer battlegrounds, with gojo you use infinity and win with sukuna you spam black flash and win and not to mention the op ult that lasts like forever and the combat feels so delayed

Okay did everyone just suddenly forget? Remember didn’t Z battlegrounds owner buy Dbz which was legit made by P4K, which is why it looks familiar so he probably didn’t even make all this. he probably stole the assets.
These battleground games just need to come together and make a big battle ground game and give them more moves, we'd have more than 3 characters to pick from and characters can feel even more like their original selves. Also, these games honestly take from the Soulshatter type games, and after playing those for so long these feel like such a downgrade.
Less attacks, awakenings that take 3 fights to use for 20 seconds. I dunno, I like the effects in these games and they're certiantly flashier than the SS type games, but they can do so much more. They all can, they could make so much more with what they have, esp if they come together.
Im pretty sure a few devs of Tsb are working a bit on HBG and a few other devs of different games its probably my favourite battleground game.
