Idea to develop: in dragon ball, there were moments when the heroes used barrage attacks at the same time, and it turned out that they tried to beat each other for a few seconds, but couldn't. Maybe if you're using a combo attack or barrage attack at the same time as an enemy, then you'll do something like this

Actually I think that the 4th move will be a counter, because vegeta's first 3 moves are pretty good and HolyGrail showed us a oneshot combo with them, so I don't think that making 4th move an attack move is smart.
you actually can use your ult as vegeta. it just uses the normal super saiyan ult from goku tho

Dirty fireworks has 2 hitboxes a stun then the actual move so if u hit the first hit but miss the second you still combo off the first hit due to how long it stuns
