Mere ghar me suran ki sabji once a month jarur banti hai kabhi kabhi to tin baar banti hai. Kabhi dry to kabhi yogurt ke saath to kabhi aise hi mix. Khas karke daal aur rice ke saath dry jarur banti hai.
Pressure Cooker should be minimally used. The High Pressure of Steam raises the temperature of the food to about 125 deg C. At that temperature all vitamin C and B are destroyed. What you get from cooker is mashed starch. Use old fashioned bronze pots, iron kadai or anodized aluminium pots for cooking - slow cooking process is better. And please never ever use non-stick or bare aluminium pots. In fact some iron frying pans, tawa are as good as non-stick and million times healthier

इसको जिमीकंद बोलते है सर 07 नवंबर 1998 को पहली बार खाई थी सर ये जब हम पहली बार वाइफ के घर गए थे तो उन्होंने बनाई थी हमे समझ ही नही आया क्या है फिर शादी के बाद पूछा वाइफ से तो उसने बताया मेरी वाइफ भी बहुत अच्छी बनाती है जिमीकंद और मटर की लेकिन इस बार आपके स्टाइल से बनाएंगे थैंक्यू सर
सुरन से कई बार गले मे खुजली होती है।इसके लिए हम लोग सुरन को इमली के कुछ टुकड़े डालकर हल्का उबाल कर निकाल लेते हैं।उसके बाद फ्राई कर के या तो सब्जी बनाकर या फिर प्याज, हरी मिर्च ,के साथ छौंककर चाट मसाला डाल कर स्नैक्स की तरह खाते हैं।
