1 kg elephant foot yam
2 onion
3 tomatoes
5-6 cashew
3 green chilli
7-8 garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
1/2 litter oil for frying
1.5 tbsp oil for tadka
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp degi mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/1 tsp cumin seeds
whole spices
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
chop coriander
