@user-oe9xy7oz5m yes .. but most of players i saw they do cycling instead of running... running only 400m .. 1600 m .. 800m.. 100meter sprints .. only long running once a week
@@badmintonmotivation yes mostly players do running as short distance sprints, resistance running too like parachute running it's quite good as a cardio exercise Maybe if they repeat 400m and 800m running for 4-5 times a day then only it will become long distance so seperately long distance running once a week it's fine I think
