Considering the size of the apartment and the location, that's a great deal, usually prices are a tad higher in Lucca.
Yes outside the wall the prices are more normal compared to inside the wall.
Really nice two bedroom apt., two balconies, storage and a parking for EUR 660 … wow! Here that apt is at least $5K & up
Yes in the US rents are ridiculous now. Thank you for watching 😊😊
I wonder where are you moving now? curious... Can I find that info in any of your videos? Thank you!
Great apartment for the money! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you 😊
Australians are paying 650.00 AUD a week for rental accommodation and that's cheap.
Prices are crazy. Thank you for your comment
But 650 AUD is only 390€. So still more affordable in Italy but you have to take the exchange rate into consideration to truly compare.
Hola gente!
@360cynandscott ahhh,qué pena para mí......esperaba verlos allí.
Voy a mirar vuestro video.
Very nice home tour. Are you moving to a bigger place-will you give us a tour again?
Yes I will 😊
Is this apartment outside the city walls? We were in Lucca last Oct/Nov and stayed in the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro (big mistake).
Yes. We were in Sant’Anna which is about 1.2km from the wall. Outside the wall makes a huge difference in price.
Oh boy. I saw "Our Apartment Tour" along with the Italian Flag and thought your plans changed😮
Thanks for the tour😊
We had to made a video about the place before leaving 😄
@360cynandscott I bet. Most people only talk about what they "will" do. So glad you two are actually taking the steps to find what you want most in this life🤗
Thank you. 😊
@@Cultured_Barbarianwe just watched a video from Rafael di furia here in TH-cam. He used to live in Italy but now lives in Portugal. He’s American. He’s new video touches on an article that talks about all the things we’ve been talking about. If you have a chance watch it and read the comments. More of what we discussed. 🤨
@360cynandscott Interesting. Will do. Thank you!
Well it looks very good apartment good size the price of rent is good but one has to consider the italian salaries and what type of conditions at work there which from my experience in italy are awful
Conditions at work awful??? Maybe you had a single unlucky experience .. ... In my family we both work 5 days a week ( 2 from home, 3 in office) , 38 hours a week, 6 week paid holiday, 13 salaries a year, we have an extra health insurance paid by the company.... We hv enough money for at least two long holidays a year, plus three or four long weekends... For any American having time to enjoy life is a dream!!
unfortunately that wasnt the case for everyone at the time i left there werent any minimun salary any universal credit dont know what is it like right now there manys were left behind and move abroad where everyone is treated equally
