23:47 nooooo, that is very good to know and i never knew or was even aware but now you have brought it forward man so the rest of us can learn from it and most of all cheers for sharing your knowledge and experience with us
No, this topic is not boring at all! Maybe because I (like some other commenters here as I see...) also have the same size feet (a tad bit longer, but pretty normal in width and shape). In an era of double sizing, lots of useful information. Thank you, Ricardo - and a happy new year!
Same size foot, it’s a tricky size for sure. I’ve found with Powerslide carbons I need the 43. Rollerblades I can skate the 42 but limited to 20km or so before my foot starts hurting. The 43 rollerblade doesn’t hurt my foot, but like you say it’s not the same ‘performance’ fit. I used to skate 42 razors back in the day, but liners were fatter back then. I tried them in the last few years and I was moving around way too much. I have the medium standard and it seems to fit fine with second skin or fatboy liners. 42 Aeons were too small, 43 seems good but a little more wiggle than I’d like. I have narrow feet so skate fits are subjective I think like you I have gotten more used to a different type of skating/skates and the tighter performance fit, but this doesn’t work as well for aggressive. Something to think about for sure Happy new year Ricardo!🎉
I'm new to skating, and I think I was the only one. After watching your video I think I'm not crazy, because some friends told me you're learning, get used to the pain (aggressive), and so I changed the insoles and left the shock absorber because it was putting pressure on my instep (mesmer) and I felt much better. When I skate urbanly I feel the same as you, it must be right next to my foot.
@@voynov666I know a couple of people that only want to skate XSJADO’s .for some reason I was never a big XSJADO type of guy. I can skate them but I may be the sound that puts me off a little bit 🤷🏻♂️

I also use two different sizes in freestyle slalom, one size smaller than in freeskate.😅
every season I come up to a new opinion about the best fitting parameters, never skated salos, maybe next season.
flying eagle needs to make a soulframe for the enkidu v2

I only wear hockey skates, but I need them snug. Can't freaking stand heel lift.
