I used to be so self conscious without makeup on, but my boyfriend always thought I was beautiful with or without makeup, even preferring my natural look. Now that man is my husband and he still thinks I'm beautiful without makeup. Don't be around people who bring you down or make you feel less than beautiful. Beauty standards will change, but one thing that won't change is that God made us in His image, and He is light and beautiful. So always remember that. :)

If no one can be real with you without you being extremely hurt, especially when they have no intention of hurting you, that’s a problem. The original commenter described an insult, since their face without makeup is something you can’t really change. But you would hope that your closest friends would help you realize your flaws that you can fix because that’s what friends are for. They’re not just there to have a fun time and give you compliments to boost your low self-esteem. They should be there to tell you your flaws which you can fix so you can build your own self esteem that’s not so easily broken by insults.

I'm 17 and i have never worn any makeup sometimes i feel like i am not a girl because i cant relate to them when talking about make up and these stuff , its not like i dont love it , i love it offcrs but i cant afford it 💔 .
