I work at Wal-Mart. Every once and awhile, the manager will put me at the door to say hi to guests coming in and check receipts for guests going out. There was a karen who insulted me just for doing my job. I was 3 hours into my 9 hour shift and I was in tears. There was another customer who saw the whole thing and hugged me. I wish there were more people like them.
Hey, I work in a Walmart too, and my supervisor puts me at the door sometimes as well, so I can definitely relate. People need to realize that retail employees work just as hard as they do at their jobs. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I’ve personally never had a Karen experience my friend did, he was in a little store and they still require masks their was a woman who refused to put one on saying because it is no longer a law they can’t force her to, the owners reminded her cause it’s their business they can, she shoved past them and started a scene in the store, she threw 3 glass bottles on the floor they called the police she was banned and force to pay for them.

Once my dad had an interaction with a Karen. Just to be clear he is very covid conscious and always wears a mask in stores, washes hands etc. He was sitting in a public park drinking coffee with his mask off at least about 40 feet from any other person, when a Karen came up to him and was like "SiR i'M GoIng tO HAve To aSk YoU To pUt yOuR MaSk oN" and my dad was like "I'm drinking coffee, sitting far far away outdoors from any other person this is a very safe situation" and she was like "You'Re CoMproMISiNG EverYbOdY's sAfeTy" and my dad just calmly said "I think you're compromising your own safety by standing here rather close to me not wearing a mask" and she was like "..." because all that time she wasn't wearing a mask herself. And when she walked away she yelled "YOu'rE A thReAt tO ThE GrEatEsT cOuNtry iN tHe woRlD!" like she was actually right
IT goes both ways. There are no maskers who should be wearing one at times and then there are mask tyrants who wont leave you alone when you don't need to wear a mask.

that's what I was thinking but I didn't say it to her cuz you know how stupid and uncomfortable it feels to turn around in a tight airplane seat to argue with someone?
Just not worth it. Didn't want to say much to her. I was the more 'silent' person but that was the most I ever talked to with a stranger. I hated conflicts and confrontations. These days as I grown older, I take what i learned from those older than me. As you grow older, the less you care about what others think of you.
I may not own this plane. But this is my window for the remainder of the flight. I normally shut windows down in consideration of others who may be sleeping but ...NO ONE WAS SLEEPING ON THE PLANE. The one time I keep my window up just to peek outside and this happens.
I should also mention I wasn't the only one with the window open either. Fights over windows are a lot more common during that time than you may think. Its worse when you have windows that are 'sorta' yours and sorta not due to the weird placement.
I feel like we were all thinking that 😂

Physical force is legal. It used to be that only self defense was legal, and it did not matter if you were a bum on the street or a lawyer, (another bum on the street).
