Also if a customer shows signs of aggression and the employees feel their safety is threatened. It is a gray area somewhat. BUT it is illegal and unlawful to discriminate based on race, religion, or gender. I personally think it's wrong to deny service based on your temperature. And I feel this would have to go to the courts to be deliberated on. It's a slippery slope. Now if it were a government/federal facility and they denied her service based on temperature, then they def violated her civil rights. I'll tell you from personal experience when you've been discriminated against because of the stupid shit you do know the laws and you do research and you do find out because a lot of businesses decided they could make laws or not uphold the ones that have been already written already written so we have had to arm ourselves to protect ourselves just to get basic care I was refused basic medical care because I can't wear a mask that's against the law

But in the ones you are, be respectful or go to the place where the do not require them. No one is cursing their manager out or screaming at them because they require business casual. @@creativegenius4671 It is actually lawful for a private business to deny service for certain circumstances. "No shirt no shoes no service" is a common one. Also if a customer shows signs of aggression and the employees feel their safety is threatened. It is a gray area somewhat. BUT it is illegal and unlawful to discriminate based on race, religion, or gender.
I personally think it's wrong to deny service based on your temperature. And I feel this would have to go to the courts to be deliberated on. It's a slippery slope. Now if it were a government/federal facility and they denied her service based on temperature, then they def violated her civil rights. Also, if it were a hospital and they deny her it would be illegal and immoral.
Rule #1 of being an adult is if you're having a bad day or miserable, you are not entitled to make those around you miserable too. Correct yourself.

So whenever I park in a handicap spot and get out and people see a normal looking 28 year old, well, I've been bitched out many times and had to pull out my med cards as proof I'm actually sick. I can't walk far without a limp(I'll need hip replacement by the time I'm 40) and many other issues. People are just so fast to judge and its so rude. Thank you for your comment
