I love the game, love this music, but goddamn, why didn't they make more music for the damn game? A game with only one track can get repetitive really quick.
Best moments in the game: 4:21 shit an incomming long range missile, ok relax, we still have time.... 4:45 fuck, its here!!! get ready.... 4:52 decoy and switch flyby cam for fun :D 5:10 huh... that was close :)
8:08 Fuck! we're hit and falling down! that was awfull, all the mission nd and you had to try again :) lol. best moments in highschool while playing video games, it encouraged me to be near the aviation and programming field! nice video!
Actually its more like 4:21 Storm 1 Sweet Lock Fox 3! 4:45 Checkmate Storm 1 my stealth has been compromised Defending! 4:52 5:10 Missile shot trashed!
This is wonderful. The audio is a bit choppy. How did you extract the sbf file. Please let me know maybe I can be of some help. After so many years someone uploads the actual music. Bravo!!
The click sounds are not parts of the audio, they are chunk sizes and some strange numbers from 0 to 8. I don't know what do those numbers mean, maybe audio channel? But afaik, old NovaLogic games didn't support 7.1 audio. If I extract only chunks with number 1, some sound is lost, but if I extract other chunks too, the sound is jumpy.
There used to be a team called CBC back in the day, and their website had a midi song that for the life of me I have no idea what it is, but i know what it sounds like -_-
Hey man, you could just install FRAPS and record the whole thing, you will get crisp and nice quality audio, it's easy to extract only the sound after you record the video, i do it most of the time with old games like this one, kinda like when you download videos from youtube with JDownloader and you just DL the mp3 audio file. Hope this helps!.
That is correct. But it will cost you so much time and patience. It's totally not worth it. The clip I uploaded has every single music part that is in the whole game. Now you won't be able to get all of that using a recorder, because the game triggers a different music part in every different state in the game. There are many different states in the game I can't even remember them to be able to count them. You take off, its one part. You have an incoming missile, that's another part. You're crashed, that's another part. So it would take you lots of time. Also, it will not work on some parts like when you have an incoming missile, the beeping warning will be there as well and will simply interfere with the music and you will end up with a beep beep beep beep beep in your final file. Same goes for engine sound. There might be an option to turn the game sounds off but you will still struggle to get all of the parts together. I haven't played in a while and I forgot how many different parts there are. But you're welcome to try it anyway haha :P Thanks for the input though, we'll just have to do with this for the time being until alien technology is developed and we're able to get a cleaner version ;p
You've got 2 ways to do that... First...Download Cool Edit Pro 2.1 and throw the whole SBF in there, bingo. But doing that makes the audio someway worse than this. Second, download Total Commander, and with the use of WCX GAUP plugin, you can extract the SBF into more than 150 audio files, still not playable by audio players, but Cool Edit Pro 2.1 can open them, play them and edit them just fine. If you could export a super clear version of this I'll marry you. Please! lol, good luck, and thanks

Or just press the R key to shut down the radar and go fully stealth. OPFOR = rekt.
Hellrot what? wait. you evaded missiles that way?
You don't need to evade when their radar can't lock onto you.
