I knew from the vlog that we were going to get a He-Bloke. I just didn't prepare for how fun it ended up being. Great outcome on the castle, and mad props for working in that get up!
he bloke reminded me of a washed up disheartened prince adam that lost too much and has seen too much fighting skeletor and now drinks his sorrows away
I love the little shack outside. Did anyone else assume it was an outhouse and just imagined skeletor sneaking out of the castle with toilet roll and a newspaper in hand? XD
NGL, Seeing Jazza casually sawing apart that (presumably) fake skeleton got a spooky vibe! I can already imagine a darker version..."And today, we're gonna see what we can do with nothing but human bodyparts! Let's have some fun with art and creativity! * maniacal laughter*
I love that Amy also saves skeleton parts! My dad and I would break and repose skeletons outside the house for the months of September and October every year growing up, but breaking them repeatedly led to having bits that wouldn't fit back on correctly. So there's a bin I still have that's 'spare parts' 😊
I (female) never had Castle Greyskull but i had a bunch of the He-man figurines (Battlecat/Gringer was my favourite). A friend of mine had the castle however, so i loved going over to his place with all my figurines and then we'd play together. He also introduced me to She-Ra and i just instantly fell in love. Sometime after that we rented the movie, in which the backstory of She-Ra is explained (whatever it was called) and it quickly became my favorite movie. Recently i got the chance to rewatch it. Let's just say it didn't age all that well.... 😂 Anyhoo, loved the video and I'd love seeing some more things rebuilt from that universe!
I can watch He-man still but she-ra did not hold up in a lot of spots unfortunately, still enjoyable enough though (I always wondered as a kid why not call her "she-woman" 😂)
I wanted one as a kid in the 80s, but it was too expensive and my dad made me one...eventually go to a friends house who had the real thing and was very glad I didn't blow 2 years of birthdays and christmases on the plastic tat that it turned out to be, the home made one pretty so much better, even looked more like the show
I grew up playing with castle greyskull and all the he-man toys every single time we went to the clinic in my village. I cant believe they cost so much now 😭 Using the soldering iron for detail is such a good idea i gotta remember that!
I was lucky to have the best part of my life growing up from 10 till 20 in the 1980’s, it was a different world back then, we could do anything we wanted pretty much and nobody to complain like these days ;) 👍🏻🇦🇺
I had so many of the He-man and the Masters of the Universe toys as a kid (including Castle Greyskull)…and you did a pretty good job…well done! Now we need a miniatures board of Eternia to have epic battles on!
Love it, absolutely nailed it (as usual). Could we possibly see a part 2? Slice it in half and add all the inside details, traps and of course your own personal flair.
I LOVE THIS I never had the toy myself as I wasn't alive during the 80s but I absolutely LOVE classic He-Man! You did the great castle so much justice!
... and *now* I want a _He-Bloke_ series. Jazza has immediate access to a complete talent pool of amazing artists; there is no reason not to do this. I need new toys!
I LOVE IT!!! I am actually starting a massive project to make a pair of "Castle Grayskull" castles but hyper grimdark and in the standard scales for gaming. I am going to save them for the epic siege of the castle as a party of adventures fight there way to the big bad ancient lich. One will be in 10mm for the mass combat to army battle to breach the inner boneyard and the Heroic 28mm scale to sit at the end of the table for an epic taking of the courtyard. In all of planning so far I was focused on just the castle but I had forgot about all the awesome details from the show. Now I have to hit pause and go watch all the old episodes. Thank the gods for video capture technology. Thank goodness I have skeletons in my closet, literally!
Yesterday, I was legit looking for The Count of Monte Cristo on streaming sites, for my boyfriend to watch for the first time. I love this movie and hadn’t thought of it in YEARS. But it suddenly popped into my mind when we were looking for something to watch. Unfortunately it’s unavailable anywhere (I live in Japan). But it’s so trippy that Jazza mentioned it in today’s video. Thanks for reading my long story lol
Let him know, Kevin Smith made a new He-Man series on Netflix. been 3 seasons, and it's pretty dope lol. edit to clarify why i said 3 seasons because i'm starting to get dragged lol... in reality there are 2 season of MOTU Revalation and 1 season of MOTU Revolution (that just came out like a week or 2 ago, but it is a continuation of the same story)

It looks good. I like it. I loved it when you had the purple and red combo on it. It looked more like the Castle Greyskull from when I was a lad. Fantastic use of the skeleton, though. I love the dark, visceral nature "actual" bones suggest.
So fun!!! Loved the editing w the commercial for customize it kit and the he-man clips!!! Castle turned out amazing and great gags as always. Was a really great turnout. I love the more ambitious projects. Idk if ill ever get over the cybertruck golf cart tho…
Back in the late 1980s my neighbor made a outdoor play house sized Castle Grayskull out of wood and cement. It had all the cool details on it. As a kid it was one of the coolest things ever to me... but now as a adult I see it would be a pretty good marketing idea. 🤔
My older brother had a Castle Grayskull play set! I’d spend hours playing with it and our various He-Man action figures. We even had Battle Damage He-Man and Skeletor! They had this neat feature where you’d strike their chest plates and a slash would appear. Then you could do it two more times for two more slashes! It was a neat action feature.
Paging Pixel Dan? Also watching the foam get carved is a soothing experience for me. Never had a Castle Grayskull myself but the aesthetic of He-Man is so 80s. 😊

That came together amazingly well. It looks fantastic, and I know past me would’ve loved to play with the castle…as Skeletor, of course. Also, He-Bloke has it right, the capacity to do good work when hungover never ceases to amaze me.
Amazing I may castle Grey skull at school Out of carbod and Clay I left it there after I graduated Fully paint The second one I recently made is at home on My shelf It's made of cardboard With hot glue

My grandma literally has everything in her basement from the 60s through 80s. I was born in ‘99 and used to play with one of these in her basement all the time when i was a kid in early 2000s. I’m sure it’s still down there somewhere. Also found a dnd set from ‘73.
It's a beautiful display piece, definitely amazing work. The little outhouse makes everything better
Well to be fair, does plumbing even exist on Eternia?
It does 😁, but realistically it would be built into a wall high up, so you could "let it drop".
The Dunny of Contemplation.
I love the little shack outside. Did anyone else assume it was an outhouse and just imagined skeletor sneaking out of the castle with toilet roll and a newspaper in hand? XD
That count of Montecristo reference was great 👌🏻
I swear you’re one of the best artists on TH-cam. You can do EVERYTHING. 3D, paint, pencil, pen, marker, clay, wood, chalk, you name it he’s done it

First he'll do a little dabble with the human bodyparts to get a feel for the medium.
I think he’s done something similar actually. He painted with “blood” before and made it darker like this idea
Lol
And imagine he dresses up like and tries to talk like Mads Mikelson’s performance of Hannibal letter. Go full camp with it 😂

😂 Omg, I'm dead.
Even more concerning is she's related to He-Bloke if they're anything like their original counterparts

Awesome work! I still have my original Castle Grayskull from the 80s. My dad did a custom paint job to highlight some of the awesomeness of the toy
