I kept saying I was going to watch because we're looking for a church home after recently moving to Stillwater. A friend sent me the link and told me to watch it. This is exactly where I'm at right now. I have avoided church the last few years, and with the recent move, I'm afraid it can keep happening. I'm also a recovering addict and I can say for me the 12 step program didn't really do much but don't take my word for that but once I was introduced to a good loving welcoming church family and the Lord let me go thru a situation where I had to wholeheartedly depend on Him to bring me through it, I have fought and tried and fell and slipped and got back up and He has never given up on me or left me and He has worked in more ways than I can count in my mind and my heart to help me stay clean and change my wants and desires to want better for myself. It doesn't necessarily get easier, because some days that temptation is much stronger than others, but with the help of the Lord and His spirit, it get SO much better. Don't give up on the Lord and don't give up on yourself either 💜

When i opened up and i needed so bad to be loved,and helped.instead i was punished,rejected,abandoned and cast away and left screaming out for relief.and confirmed that i wasnt worth anything,and was just an object to destroy,and that no one cared.(not even the 1 person who said they did).that everything my mum has said was confirmed.i took a risk as i was kicke dover the edge but instead of relief and love and help and support like i needed i got thrown away and left and reason i was crying made worse

Go to your PCP and ask to get a sleep test. I found out I had sleep apnea and 95% of my anxiety has resolved. There are other issues that can make you feel anxious too. Hang in there, I'll be praying for you!🙏🏼💛

Lord we lift up Jan to You trusting that You not only see them, but that You care for everything they are feeling. We ask for You to give them peace and the right community around them as they face this anxiety. We ask that in the hardest moments of anxiety and panic, You remind them of Your steadiness and power.
