    Real Estate video? Here I come! Beautiful looking home - almost looks like 2 separate buildings that are connected
    Smart move by this couple to lock down land now and build their home...if folks think it is expensive now, just wait until 5 years from now.
    Next step, fill the home with kids! On a global scale, population = power when the country is focused and cohesive. We can all do our part by making sure the next generation is more numerous than the previous one.

    That peace, and not feeling pressure all the time for bills,safety,jobs is a real thing. Finding a way to sort out accommodation and income and staying in ghana is not bad

    You can build a house from very age at 18 when one have a vision and a plan in the western world and its a mortgage for 25 years

    It's a beautiful home, I'll never understand why people don't want a garden though, don't you want to entertain outside?? Bbq etc. At least they have a roof terrace, but I've seen so many that don't. Hmm

      Yes.most of west africans homes do not have a garden. Am from Central africa and a garden with grass and flowers and tress is a must. And its not that hard to maintain when you have a garderner that comes a 2 or 3 times a week. Its the same in easte and southern african countries. They have nice gardens. Also we are big with barbecues.

      @kimoy kalinago. Most people don’t want to be bothered with a garden. It’s too much work. I have a home in US and Sakumono. I don’t have a garden at either one. Too much work. A lot people surprisingly feel the same way

      Having a little bit of greenery is so refreshing. So much better than having tiles cold looking tiles everywhere.

      A lot of these grassless treeless homes stems from max profit possible developers, and mostly owners who live in the diaspora. The old homes which sat on vast green compounds have been demolished to make way for postage stamp lots with big houses and no yard spaces. City living. Homes in 85% of the rest of the country have green yards with trees etc

    I used to not like this channel very much because it was primarily marketing unaffordable african housing.
    But now I must say this is becoming enjoyable. Looking at young Africans and their achievements as well as hearing her talk about her struggles as a young married african woman.

    Beautiful house but how much does it cost to build a house like theirs. It also helps if you are from Ghana and know connections to avoid getting scam to build from a distance. Also great contractors make a big big difference. Yes the kitchen looks like a American great 🎉kitchen. Love it congratulations to them if only it was this easy.

      This is not easy at all. Doing thing in 18 months. This house 🏠 literally is minimum $150k .

Also I do not need two living rooms, or a garage or gym. But a pool maybe might be nice for a Airbnb business. But without the pool, gym, extra living room or designer extra cost or landscaping that’s about $80,000 cheaper

      @@twanacisse3950 Oh yes very true this house is at high end side. With 80,000$ u got yourself a nice 3 bedrooms 🏠 in Ghana. The pool I usually recommend to do it after u are ready there and comfortable cuz the maintenance can add

      @@fabriceassima4094 yes but the cost of dual citizenship, residency card, Ghana card, just 12 vaccinations are in us $1,000, international driver’s license, business permit, passport port, visa, business account. Discount on plane tickets. Bribery cash for land guards, lawyer fees designer fees realtor fees and mentor fees. But the big cost is the one year or two year up front rental fees and shipping plus port tax fees after the arrival of personal items and furniture.

    The lady was so left out and invisible in the whole video! He was "I, I, I..." throughout the video without giving any credit to his better half like she has no contribution in the whole thing. You as well kept on conversing, asking questions and making eye contact with him almost all the time. Maybe you would like to reconsider that in your future videos when there are more than one guest.

    Young Ladies gather here : The reason he got married at young age to her is because of they way she is not a minute she have even commented on anything and am sure she have invested money into the house too.. she is reserved and that's what a man need... But even though the guy still enquired about her approval wether to take the camera inside the house or not through face expression... even though she is not vocal now that's the best relationship ever build already from the go..

    I wish there was more coordination amongst TH-camrs or at least that guests made it known that they were interviewing elsewhere. This is the third interview by a TH-camr of this couple within the last few days /weeks.
    It’s great hearing people’s stories, and I like to learn from them so if everyone is interviewing the same people, it gets very repetitive.

      I wouldn't say I agree , because I am a Kenyan and I don't follow any other Ghanain TH-camr, expect our girls here and Wodemaya ...
      So I wouldn't have had an opportunity to watch this great interview if it was on any other page.

Doesn’t mean they shouldn’t interview them, however it would be great if it was more coordinated so the same story is not being told three times so quickly.

      I think that would be a personal answer. I would prefer to build from scratch myself so I know the foundation is strong. We all know if you have a bad foundation the rest of the house is going to be bad too
