NATO's Secretary General, being the Ex- Prime Minister of Norway (also being an active NATO member) does not qualify to act unanimously to create a conflict between NATO and Russia in irs border territory, in the Arctic. Moving the military drill to Arctic may not be the case, but a routine drill in a country , which this time is Norway. But accompanying Norway on a round trip across Arctic will create such an uneasiness with Russians (already agitated by a NATO expansion attempt to the border of Russia through Ukraine). This would be a deadly affair closer to Europe and the whole of it will feel the heat, directly from any escalation in the Arctic. Russians have dug in the Arctic for decades and maintained their presence very well felt by the Norwegian Government, but no escalation was observed. So, let the Bear sleep. Awakened Bear, a hungry Bear is deadly and will have to be cautious. Hmm... Let there be Wisdom! Let there be PEace in the peaceful Scandinavia! Let's hope for that.
