We can keep the pulikachal(gravy) in air-tight container and refrigerate. It will be very good for a week. We can heat up 3-4 tbsp sesame oil and add it as top layer to the gravy and it will increase the shelf life to even 1 month. 🙏🙏🙏

I very rarely use tamarind paste but usually 1 lemon size tamarind would be 2 tbsp tamarind paste
