Greetings from this rule lawyer up here in the antipode, Portugal! I'm re-learning these 2023 rules, for my upcoming Underhells campaign. And I noticed three slight mistakes. First- Now when you Charge a out of sight enemies, you get a -1 to your Hit rolls Second - The Thyramites are Exotic Beast, and as such must be assigned to a fighter Also you must declare the targets for the charge, there is no seeing the result to then charge whoever. Been following you for a while, your content is always good and fair, great battle report. I'll keep watching with my rules lawyer hat off from now on. Keep them coming. Cheers!
@quico thanks for this, I would actually appreciate if you continue to point out small mistakes like this. Because necromunda rules are large and confusing, and I have a tendency of seeing something on a video and thinking it’s okay to do in my games! So it’s actually really helpful for me. No offence to welly at all, I know these kind of things are easily missed.
I don't see anywhere in the 2023 rules that state you must declare a target for the charge, can you please point to me where it's stated? As far as I can see you only need to declare a target when you're performing the fight action, not for the charge.
15:36 As your Bioteknist is being assisted they don't suffer the Flesh wound for recovery, including if they roll a Flesh wound. Love the colour scheme for the VS, what is the base colour you've used there?
@@wellywoodwargaming I assume you modified some other gang's Yaktribe fighter cards? Looks like you copied it over onto that incorrectly (seen at 5:05) and just never checked the book after.
Quick point on the game, it doesn't end when you harvest both stacks. You jave to play for the full 8 Rounds, or until there are no Tek Hunter models left on the battlefield.
Hi, I recently bought my copy of Hive Secundus and really enjoyed your battle report! As I am very new to the game, I have a question about Tyramites. They are treated as exotic beasts and at the same time can come as reinforcements. It didn't matter in your game, but if I understand correctly they should be attached to Hive Scum?
You're quite right, they are pets, but actually should be attached to champions (malstrain genestealer) not scum we just forgot the pet part that time. Cheers
Me and my friend are finally getting around to playing through the underhells campaign and we're both pretty rusty so I just want to make sure we get things
Great - but please consider doing the rest of the battle reports on Zone Mortalis/Secundus 3D terrain (ideally on plastic floor tiles as well). Necromunda is not a board game…
Because this is what you get in the box and beginners don't tend to have lots of terrain. This campaign is meant for a taster really. Otherwise I agree, that necro is best played on 3d
How did you get 8 attacks on the orrus charge? 2a doubled to 4 on charge dued to paired. Plus 1 for charge to 5. Plus 1 for two combat weapons. To a total of 6? Am i getting it wrong?
Yes, the dice are beautiful 😂 Totally my favorite
You're my favourite 😍
I am super stoked to see this game in action. Welly's the Auspex Tactics of Necromunda.

Correct on all points! Always forget certain things in the heat of battle I find

@@swampybwoy Thank you, I might come back then. 😀 Cheers!

Now to put my kit together and start playing.
Best game I've seen on TH-cam so far well done
That's very kind! Thanks a lot
OH hell ya we are so back
This release is what convinced me to start building a Necromunda board. I'm glad you're making content as it's a bit thin on the ground at the moment.
Oh what a day! What a lovely day!
Best necromunda content in youtube! Keep.it up 😊
Thanks so much!
So happy it’s been a long time since I watched one of your battle reports glad to see ya back 😊
Thanks so much! More where that came from!
Hail all
Hail!
Damn fine battle report!
beautfully painted brother man! still waiting for mine to come from the UK (NZ)
I just got my Secundus box and I booked monday off so I can build and start painting. Man I cannot wait to play an actual game!
Great stuff!
Cool batrep; looking forward to the rest of the campaign.
Cheers! :)
Got mine yesterday. Busy gluing together the minis. Looking forward to playing it.
It's great dude
Thanks!
Great batrep.really wish theyd given card tiles and plastic walls for the doors
I know, that's the only let down for me
that was vary hard good game I seeing 6 games so far and no one got pass the first level so good on you to make it round two
Great report mate
SWEET!
There are few tests of the campaign. So i look forward to your final verdict on it
Nice!
Brilliant

Totally forgot that, thanks!
My buddy just bought this box because he really wanted the Steelers. I’m excited to build mech suits.
My brother bought me the boxset for my 30th, already I'm planning a Van Saar gang!
The Orrus only has 2 attacks base, not 3. So 6 attacks with paired on the charge, not 8. Will still be killy, but a little less so.
Oh damn! How did I get that one wrong!?
@@wellywoodwargaming I assume you modified some other gang's Yaktribe fighter cards? Looks like you copied it over onto that incorrectly (seen at 5:05) and just never checked the book after.
🎉🎉🎉
I love the dice hexagon. Is it available to buy somewhere?
I'll enquire for you
Nice one, do they models/gang get skills as the campaign progress?
Indeed, level up as normal and get injured etc too
Quick point on the game, it doesn't end when you harvest both stacks. You jave to play for the full 8 Rounds, or until there are no Tek Hunter models left on the battlefield.
There are a few things we got wrong as it's been a while and a bit rusty. Will do better next time
@@wellywoodwargaming It's only natural, Necromunda is a complex beast. I look forward to seeing the other Battle Reports though! 😁
Going to do ine each week. Game two is this Thursday
Awesome. How did you get those digital cards?
Yaktribe my friend
@@wellywoodwargaming they have those options or are they custom?
It's a website for all your necromunda needs
I've just added them all as custom yes

I need that dice tray in my life, where did you get it?
Quick question the grey area on the game board are they columns and walls ?
Yes solid walls
Doesn't the spyrer have two bolt guns? Or am I getting it wrong?
Yep he's got two. Hence the gunfighter skill I took
I just thought that you made one shooting attack in the first and said that he was out of ammo too
Me and my friend are finally getting around to playing through the underhells campaign and we're both pretty rusty so I just want to make sure we get things
are the rules for the gang on yaktribe yet?
You'll have to make them yourself in custom tools
Wow, GW does like to recycle names, eh? Gregor Meissen used to be a star catcher on the Reikland Reavers Blood Bowl team!
Haha that's me doing that 😉
Great - but please consider doing the rest of the battle reports on Zone Mortalis/Secundus 3D terrain (ideally on plastic floor tiles as well).
Necromunda is not a board game…
Sticking to what's in the box for the 2 player campaign as thats what it's designed for. Other games and campaigns will be on 3d terrain
I don´t see any reason to play without proper terrain. Just.. Boring.
Because this is what you get in the box and beginners don't tend to have lots of terrain. This campaign is meant for a taster really. Otherwise I agree, that necro is best played on 3d

Plus 1 for charge to 5.

Am i getting it wrong?
Because I made the mistake of thinking he had 3 base attacks... one of several errors made in this one unfortunately
