Proved my ass completely wrong. I doubted him every step of the way as he was quietly winning Georgia games and I attributed everything to the defense. Sure, the defense was spectacular this season, but Bennett did not disappoint in the playoffs.

Stetson Bennett simply DEMONSTRATED that talent is not measured by a player's physical size and much less a lack of muscle.
Larry Bird in basketball was also very underrated and look now at the legend that he became in the NBA.

I am an Ohio State fan and I was pulling for the Mail Man all season (and last). If my own team wasn't in it, I was rooting for Stetson. I hope he can shock some folks in the NFL. He has earned his legendary status. A class act who did it the right way. Good luck to #13 and Godspeed! Congrat's to UGA on their national championship. If SB4 makes it to the NFL I will follow that team.

Yeah it take two to tango for sure. Respect to AD but Stetson still made that throw after losing a huge, costly “fumble”, being thrown around like a rag-doll half the night by Bamas defense, and having the whole world telling him that he’s not good enough. I’m sure AD has had to overcome some adversity to get to where he is too, but damn Stetson went through the ringer and still dropped AD that DIME!!!

Not gonna lie. I didn’t think he could be the man to get it done against Bama and win the Natty. I’m glad he proved me and all the other doubters wrong. Gives hope to everyone that thinks the mountain is too big.
As some one who was on that bandits teams, it's beautiful to see his dream come true. His father was there for alot fof us and helped anyway he could. The whole time we played peewee we were running the spread offence getting ready for him to go to UGA. This is the reason he left Brantley for Pierce county. The year he was set to come to highschool our head coach switched to a triple option. They knew he was coming and prepared and they still changed. I regret not being able to play football with him in highschool but I am not bitter because my family succeeded.

Some players just have that IT factor, and Stetson is one of those guys. I would say he is Georgia's Rudy, but the story is even better. He inspires everyone around him to play better and that is the best kind of leader you can have on your team. Georgia lost a record number of players to the NFL draft, but I believe they have a very good shot at repeating.

I wonder if the Atlanta Falcons take a chance on him if he's available when they pick him. Whether it's on Day 1 or Day 2 or even Day 3. He's an amazing person and even if he doesn't become a starter he'd be a great mind, and a great addition to any QB room.
I doubt he has any NFL career but I think last night earned him the right to latch on to someones practice squad
@@HarrisHighlights I truly see him being a 3rd stringer for years upon years. He just has an amazing spirit. He isn't just a folk hero at this point. So I truly hope he isn't a complete afterthought and castaway when training camps are all said and done. He also has another year of eligibility so that can easily help his case for 2023.

The weakest SEC in years( 2-7) in bowl games), luck and a great defense, were the winners. Bennett is still just a mature Juco QB, that played a little above his abilities. His return to Georgia, will either be embarrassing for him or Kirby, possibly both. In any other program with sane coaches, he might have played a couple games until the starter returned. If Georgia has sane coaches, Brock or Gunner will start this year, as two of the other elite QBS are leaving.

Still a backup QB, playing above his physical limitations, on an above average team. 3 physically better QBs sitting because he meets Kirby’s requirements. Just think how great our offense would be if Beck had been the starter for a year and a half. Unstoppable.

We all know this won’t be the only national championship Kirby and company win at Georgia. Stetson opened the floodgates along with the defense for even more than elite recruiting by winning it all.
Stetson one of my favorite all time Dawgs and i remember your previous video. But I’ll give you mad props. You saw error of your ways (as we all did at some point) and did a helluva job with this story. One of my favorite channels on TH-cam and I truly enjoyed this video

I’m attending the junior college that he played for before he went to Georgia. Jones County Junior College ( JCJC ). Glad to see that everything worked out for him 👍.
Recently the college changed its name to just Jones College because they are trying to become a university, so if you try to look it up and it’s different from my first comment, that’s why.
Imagine what Bennett can do with first team reps as QB1. He has never had that opportunity or training. I think his vast improvement from 2020 to 2021 was drastic. I can only see him improving more in 2022. Great video!

I'm so proud of Stetson Bennett when most of the country and an even most of our state wanted JT to be in there over him it's just mind-boggling. I don't know what more we could have asked out of steps and then what he gave us! This is going to make one hell of a Disney movie or 30 for 30 special because this just doesn't happen in college football! He's the reason why you never give up when everybody was doubting you like he said you got to have confidence in yourself and you got to buy into something higher than you you put your faith in your abilities and your work ethic! The man in 2017 what's playing on the practice squad leading the scout team he then leaves and goes to Junior College and then comes back last year where he was thrust into the lineup because we have one quarterback that we had signed through the transfer portal he opted out and decided to go and train for the NFL draft the very next week we brought in j.t. Daniel's from USC and we had another quarterback that was ahead of him but he beat out the one Mathis and that Arkansas Game and never look back and he kept the Bulldogs afloat until j.t. was able to come in and take over the reins. When the first game of the season had ended we found out the j.t. had torn his lat muscle and that thrust Stetson back into the lineup. And from then on all we heard from the media was he's too small he can't throw he's this he's that. What is Stetson do he just kept his head down and shut up and he went on to win all 12 games that we played this season. Then here comes the SEC Championship yes that was not his best game of the Season that was actually his worst game of the season. Everybody started calling him trash although most of the fans or like why don't you put Jt in. This took Balls by the head coach to say know what we're going to do is we're going to stick with the guy that's giving us the best chance to win and he did it thank God for Kirby's doing this to tell the fans Stetsons my guy the players love him the team loves him and he gives us the best chance to win. I think that faith and confidence that the coach had in you even in a loss like that I have to give you a tremendous boost a competence that no matter whether I win or lose the coach has always got my back! Last night Stetson will go down as a legend in the state of Georgia and in all of college football because he's the only walk-on that's ever won a national championship being the starting quarterback! He will go down as the greatest walk-on ever in college football. Stetson we love you the state of Georgia loves you and whatever you choose to do in your life from here on out my friend I have no doubt that you will succeed in whatever you decide you want to do your one hell of a man to sit there and take all that criticism and into watch your relation and tears stream down your face when you watch Keeley Ringo take that interception back for a Pick 6 the w wait just got lifted off your back that moment is when you knew that he could tell all of his detractors to be quiet because he had done it! It kind of reminds me of a 1994 when Steve Young finally won his first Super Bowl remember what he said at the end of that game right before they got ready to win it somebody came over so can you please take the monkey off my back! People that don't understand what it's like to live in Georgia and bleed red and black 30 years we heard all the national pundits across the country say what kind of trashy Sport City Atlanta and the state of Georgia was as a whole but this year what happened on November 2nd 2021 at 11:32 p.m. Braves win the 2021 World Series and two months and eight days after Georgia is crowned national championship of college football This Is The Stuff of Legends and it will forever be talked about here in the state of Georgia! Really? Does not happen in college football? You obviously forgotten about the walk on who played at Arkansas. Everyone doubted him except maybe his mother. The kid went on to become an all American and was highly drafted into the pros. He was the player for who the award for the best walk on player in the country is named. You know. The one SB recently won.

I don't think it'll be a mistake to pick this guy up in the NFL draft in the third or fourth round some people saying he might not even get drafted now with some off-field concerns but I think that would be a mistake to me he's at least a third or 4th best quarterback if not higher and will probably find a way to prove us all wrong and be the best or second-best QB
He was getting passes blocked against Alabama and Florida and it Jesus St seemed he was a back up Qb but he transfered then he came back to ga then jt Daniel as started in 2030 but then in September 2021 happened Stensons n Bennett was and Stenson Bennett threw 5 tds and car's n Beck thre 1 td and threw a interception for a TD for uab then it was depression for me but I accepted it th n after that was I he improved and then he got better and better and now he won back to back National Championship more than ever he won it all and now he's a Legend forever a statue placed at Sanford Stadium.
