M bhi June m bank of baroda join Kiya .. 5 weeks ka training hua phir 1 August se final branches allot ho gyi, 10 -15 din operations m baithane k bad mujhe cash m baitha dia .. initially 6.30 tk baj jata tha , par fir 1-2 week karne k bad productivity aagya and ab 4.30 tk CASHBAL kr deta hu , mujhe b abtak around 2,000 short aya h .par excess b aaya h around 4000. Abhi agar kisi din short ata h toh next day uski recovery pe lag jata hu ,, Mera branch m customer notes kabhi kabhi xtra b leke ate h, toh usse short recovery ho jata h ..everyday 50-60 receipts ho jata h , and around 80-90 payments hota , Diwali k tym 180 payments b hua tha .. receipt m khud entry krta hu , par payment ka bahr se clear hok aata h .. so overall happy with the job , kyunki 5 baje Ghar Jane ko mil jata h .. But cash m bor ho jata hu kyuki pure din concentration se kam karna padta h .😊

Mam what do if manager holds you ? Manager officer ko kehta hai, jab tak ye kaam nahi hota tab tak isko ghar mat jane dena. Woh cash ko vault me rekhte hi nahi before 6 pm. I leave at 6:30 - 6:45 even though my cash is tallied at 4:20 pm.
Then kindly ask your officer and manager to wind up the cash work before 4pm. If it is occasionally then its fine. Otherwise consult this issue to the union of clerks. They will help you

Its upto you to believe me or not. I never mislead with my content. I am the only person who handles cash in my branch and hence the head Cashier. Also our bank is small and there is always a shortage of staff

After circle office's order for being a head cashier then only your designation will be changed otherwise your are still a CSA .. for head cashier there are catagory catagory I,II, III .. Being a single cashier doesn't mean a head cashier..you will get offer when there are no one in the station or municipality as a cashier..
Mam sbi ka probation period ke baad bhi transfer hote hai and agr marriage ho gai ho toh kya transfers tab bhi hote hai. Mere neighborhood me ik couple hai jo kafi salo se ek hi bank me ha plz tell me asa kya kr skte hai
Transfer can happen anytime. If you're married then you can request your transfer on marriage basis. Otherwise its rare to get abrupt transfers in clerical posts. I cannot comment on POs

You will get it back, if the complaint has been lodged. Also count by working days, thats how it is calculated in general.
