Alright, Troy. Here's the thing, every time you fall off the star power restarts, so you're getting the 10 seconds of full star power once you get back on course. Then you get the hide and seek star power, which just doesn't have the full off road.
So yeah, for those of you who actually have enough time on their hands to play this mode, life hack for ya. You want full off road for 10 seconds, fall tf off the cliff. *Hope this helps*
I would say the 3DS retro’s are some of the best retros in existence.

I personally believe MKWii is the best MK, the 3DS one felt slow and clunky and just wasn’t that fun to me.
This is when I wish my dad were alive to see this, he'd be impressed by how far the Mario Kart Modding Community has come in the past 12+ years.

Man that lag looks unbearable. If we could buff out the lag this game mode would be perfect
idk exactly how the mod works but i wonder why they didn’t make it so that hitting the hider on the _seeker’s_ screen counts (instead of on the hider’s screen). it feels like that would be much less annoying - i think getting caught when you thought you dodged the seeker wouldn’t be nearly as frustrating as repeatedly catching someone without it counting

The only MK7 tracks not in Ctgp are Cheep Cheep Lagoon, Mario Circuit and Music Park / Melody Motorway

Maybe just one advice: don't stay out in the open standing still like that, it's a very bad idea , you're just a sitting duck , just find quickly a good place to hide or several, don't stay in the middle of the track:))

Toad Circuit, Daisy Hills, Cheep Cheep Cape, Shy Guy Bazaar, Alpine Pass, Wario's Galleon, Koopa City, Wuhu Mountain Loop, Wuhu Island Loop, DK Jungle, Rosalina's Ice World, Bowser's Castle and Rainbow Road. Many of the retro tracks also use the MK7 versions. Let me know if i missed any.
