You loving that detecting mate, well done. That thing at the end with the slot in it looks like the top of an old oil lamp burner - the wick goes through the slot and it is very ornate too. Do yo keep and cash in all of your scrap or just bin it? Another great day out and thanks for sharing Brad
In reference to your light question. I have a couple that work really nice and not a lot of money. Subtig High Power Dimmable waterproof LED. It connects with GoPro mounts you can stack them. I mount them to my chest or right on my GoPro. They are rechargeable and less then $20 for one. They won’t last super long in the cold but long life in warm weather.
