I am a Muslim and also listen to the teachings of Budhism these days. I thing it helps me to grow in my religion especially the practice of Kushoo (Paying full attention towards God during daily Salawat(prayers).
It is beyond amazing how we continue to receive the right messages at the right time. The Universe always deliver.❤❤❤❤😊thank you for reminding me of myself.
I’m right there with you it is absolutely amazing💕
I have come to a point in my life where I can travel around the United States and Canada by myself for three or four months twice a year it gives me a lot of time to be alone, and I meet several people on the trip, and I will never use A harsh word to anyone I have never been more at peace in my life, as I am now, and I spend most of my Time by myself, it’s very peaceful. Thank you for these lessons I appreciate it.
I have to do the same…. Blessings on your journey
Silence does lead to inner peace, Thank-you for the profound message
You welcome
I am Christian and only recently learned that Budhism is not a religion and a Christian can also be Budhist. I am going to practice remaining silent and see how this improves things in my life.
You should check out Stoicism too there are many channels 😊 and this is totally secular
My brother a pastor I've been trying to tell him this for the longest. I've read where this has helped pastors actually
Exactly. No one ever said a Christian can't follow the Buddha's advice!
I was also surprised
Buddhism is a philosophy 😊
I totally agree. And I prefer to not be religious..Therefore prefer calling myself a Christ Follower.
I was very touch like I was around nature in the mountains o what power that flows in nature it can take u to greatness of all 🧝🦄

Thanks for the information, and have a good Day 🙂👍
Thank you for your videos. I left the city 10 yrs ago for a smaller town, and then left there 5 yrs ago for a little cottage on a rustic farm 25 kms out of town, where I live alone with my beloved dogl. I work from home only interact physically with people once maybe twice a month. And now at the age of 60 I have found a great love for, and joy and peace in my quiet aloneness and contemplation of self, life and my connections and place (purpose) in it all. I am generally a happy, kind and friendly person but I talk WAAY too much when in company - I do not like this aspect of myself and fail time and time again to control it, but gratefully, I am very loved by those who are near and dear to me, possibly because I can also be a compassionate and loving listener and always endeavour to bring positivity and humour into conversations and make a point of finding something genuine to compliment and say kind words. So I think more and more I am finding/seeing the balance between the chatty human and the silent deeply contemplative self. I feel this has happened because of all the time spent in silence and solitude - I LOVE IT !!
I would like to meet you we share the same story
what the hell is this trend in the comments for ppl to spill there life story .....shrugs rolls on
i read the 1st sentence if that helps
@@justinwalker4475 how blessed you are to have found the silence. Us chatty lot are still working on it 🤐😉🕉

I often try to meditate, and it always eludes me due to my racing thoughts. I spend a lot of time alone, and it’s not as if I talk to myself all day long. And even when I do go out I don’t always jabber jaw, but I definitely used to. So I may find some real help with this Method. I’ll have no problem finding the time to sit and reflect, and will practice holding my tongue more often in public. If I can find a way to quiet my mind, I may just be able to succeed in meditation. And that’s something I’ve wanted for a long time. Thank you for this video, you very well may have helped me more than you know.
I suffer from racing thoughts constantly it's like I can't stop my mind I grew up traumatized with my biological family and then I went right into a 36 years marriage to a covert narcissist he's traumatized this s*** out of me I think I have so much self-doubt and I don't have any self-confidence and self-love and I think that's what causes my racing thoughts. Peace be with you
shhh
This is exactly what I needed to hear this evening…offering a new (for me) path to inner tranquility and peace. Thank you for sharing this wisdom.

When countries are at war it is not possible to get everything in life, right now Ukraine and Russia and The Gaza strip and Israel are killing each other 😢

A doubled-side sword: this is our tongue; with the very same tongue we can bless or curse. So, we need to guard our tongue and use only the soft side of our tongue, not its sharp side.,
PatriciaGonzalez/ there is a reason for the sharp side of the tongue. It is what we use to defend our honor. There is no virtue in being a doormat.

What happened to closed mouths don't get fed?
That hasn't anything to do with anything. Judge not others unless yourself should be judged. Look at how their reality folding up yet you praise a person with a strong sense of MISDIRECTION. So I remain steadfast I the God I TRUST, serious business 💯 🙏 👌 🙌 😎
So we should stay silent when genocide is happening?

Talks too fasr
ill just sit in a field and people will just bring everything i want to me i know ur right people will pay u for sitting there doing nothing
I agree with you but this is just an elaborate story that never happened... it's a nice fairy tale
and I also agree this is helpful but in this disgusting world we live in where every moment of every day countless people are raped and murdered this prefect reality you speak of will never happen no matter how long the speaking fasting you go on
It's fine to sit in peace and ignore the world but it doesn't change reality... yes it can change you for the better but what about the children being assaulted and the hundreds of thousands of people starving to death everyday
sitting in your garden meditating doesn't do shit to help those that actually need help but by all means coddle a king and make him go on a nature walk... great job
I appreciate your perspective on the harsh realities of the world. It's important to acknowledge the challenges we face.
Never speak kind words to an evil person they will use you and abuse you because of how kind you are. Using your love and caring against you to monupulate you.
