i like to try and give each npc a backstory that is alluded to in a talk option along with buy and sell. it really shows that everyone in the world has they’re own lived
Undertale is a great example. You can interact with almost everything and it's beautiful. From the start, Toriel is a fantastic help and most people love her and she's great - she's there for you to love and then want to see her again, since she helped you out. But after the start where you leave the ruins, you can never call her or talk to her again until... well, I won't spoil it. You miss her through the game because she has character development and lots of it in one space. The amount of detail and development put into Undertale is perfect and so immersive. Toby Fox did fantastic work on the game and is beautiful~~ ahhh I love it so much 🐕 Fantastic video btw! I needed this to make a game that will take a while; it's called "So The Legends Say". The title is quite far fetched and is explained in the game, so if you want to find out what it means you can play the game if it matters to you that much ^~^ Love you! New sub! •^•
First off, I don't know why, but hearing your voice makes me happy (perhaps the fact that it is cheerful and outgoing.) Secondly, where can I play your games? Third, thanks for the tips. They are INCREDIBLY useful to me.
So glad you said something about cutting dungeons and making them more interesting. My idea for an RPG literally started with my desire to make a game with no caves/dungeons because they always felt like such a chore to me. I find that exploring towns and talking to their inhabitants makes for a more immersive experience. I know many gamers love dungeons as they are a hallmark of RPG's, but they're not my thing. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Your tutorials are very helpful. Thank you!
4:48-5:00 give every NPCs a backstory and all the entire NPCs have roles for the story, would be absolutely N̶U̶T̶S̶ CHALLENGING. And yes, I intend to take this challenge in my world wide game project with hundreds of NPC. I just hope I have enough life time to finish the project.
Character B: I am the hero of this story but later I'll become a Lancelot and betray all of my comrades in the name of my new ruler... I am the villain of this story! Echo607: You were the chosen one!
Yo, I just wanted to say thanks for making these videos. They've been helping me out with RPG Maker MV ever since I got the program and through a combination of you and other fantastic RPG Maker games like OFF and Yume Nikki, have inspired me to start working on my own game, something that I couldn't ever thank you or anyone else enough for. Keep doing what you're doing; your vidyas are fantastic!
These are great tips on how to write any story, not just rpgs! I'm just really happy that I was able to make (So far) a 40 min playable, bug free, understandable plot, story based rpg with much more to come in 3 days thanks to these videos and others like this! I really appreciate the tips!
I find world building is best decided by starting with a diverse group of characters. A lot of the time the backstory of these characters can really give your world some points to expand to. All of a sudden you have a world where Paladins fight demons from a sister planet created by the creator of all to maintain balance, however while that goes on the Dwarves are uniting to fight the giants but they ended up hiding into the mountains due to their overwhelming sizes and tactics. but on the next continent over in the desert known as the Githlands a great calamity is going to cause an entire civilization to be lost while their prisoners escape and become the nomadic elves, wandering the sands and the grassy hill lands and following the winds of their musical goddess Allegria. Most of this came from my friends and I creating a group of travelers called the wolfwood companions, and over a year later we're still developing it today.
I have created the perfectly human npc Once you enter his house, he shouts "Who tf u are?! GET OUT MY HOUSE" Then pushes your character back out and locks the door
Those are some interesting points. I can only agree with them. It's something I've been thinking about for my own game for quite a while. It seems easy after a thought, but the actual effort placed in can be rather...daunting. It's fun though.
Thank you for making this video. I have personally never thought about game make like this before, and it honestly makes me feel ashamed, seeing how it's different to have an idea of what you're doing. Thank you for making tutorials like this to help other devs aspire and make unique games. I will now go put more thought into the world and its characters in what I create. Again, thank you so much.
Well, I am and have been working on my own video game world, where I began creating various games. The overall is ready (kinda?) but the detailed story is being written. However it's insanely hard, as I'd have to work on multiple games at the same time if they're related closely enough to have actions of one game impact the other, and so I have to work on one while having the other in mind. Basically, what I did is create a huge timeline going from the über past/first human societies to über future/human going in space and stuff. The thing is that in the whole timeline, there are two main protagonists, the hero, named Alex, and the anti hero named Lox. They both want the same thing, and act the same way, but they see each other as an enemy and even if they never clearly met, they kinda fight the other indirectly. Also, in all the games you play, you actually never get to play neither Alex nor Lox. (Well, you do, but you don't know it). What's particular in the series is that both Alex and Lox had in a way or another the power to travel through time, and their actions will create the games you play, even if they don't realize it. I think I'll make a video explaining the lore of the games I'm making.
+Acuiasa This style is easier for 'talking about stuff' videos since I don't need to explain where to go and what to do.:3 All other tutorials/videos will stay the same:P
My world takes place with two seperate lores, the first, takes place 1100 years prior, when a group of twelve heroes defeated a wind Mage and the god of destruction. The second is the more mentioned of the two, which takes place only 100 years prior, after a long battle the four heroes emerged victorious as the demon prince fell, his ambitions went with him. Scattered throughout the game are artefacts of the second lore, as well a fighting the revived demon prince (his name is Kirasath) as the second to last boss, also, there is a few hints of the first lore, for example one of the twelve heroes was a pirate named Eloise, it is revealed that two brothers that join your party Cronan (Pirate) and Rikherd (Dark Mage) are her descendants. There is also an entire dungeon dedicated to the first lore. And finally characters, they are massively effected by the story, the main hero (Angeles) started as a sarcastic, whiny brat! But matures during the story, underlying connections get revealed as you collect artifacts, the two brothers are searching for eachother, Rikherd wants Cronan back and for them to be together again, little does he know, Cronan wants to kill him, Cronan also get's angry when his name is mention saying that "No man, good or evil, should need to dirty their tongue with his name!"

Characters and world are about all I feel I can get right! Course, the Multiverse nearly everything I ever do is set in has nearly 20 years of writing, and another nearly 10 of D&D/GURPS/Pathfinder games being ran in it... That could be part of it.
you are very talented. Just finished my exterior map, with a cave so now how do I go into the cave and create its interior? I know you know how to do it easily prolly
My game is basically a short visual novel about a woman whose wife goes missing on their honeymoon, and she leaves her home oasis to find her. The characters are also shapeshifting dragons living in a desert that used to be an inland sea about two centuries ago... kind of a prequel thing to my novel series.
Does anybody know how to incorporate 'dynamic dialogue' without the use of plugins? I mean, for example, an NPC that has separate responses depending on who's the lead character.
Not sure if I'm too late, but you can set a variable (let's call it "LeaderVar") as Game Data -> Party -> Member #1, which puts the Actor ID of the lead character in that variable. Then make conditional branches for each possible party leader as you see fit. You can also test to see which party member is in other slots as well (for example, "The watchman isn't too fond of me after that whole mess with the Fireball wand and the tapestry, so, you might not want me to be near the front...")
I know this video was posted years ago... but just wanted to share that my game is based on a "What if the heroes lose" scenario in my D&D campaign ^_^ What happens if they can't destroy the Demon Lord.. what if the bad guys win? (Wars still wage, there is no peace treaty between the human and elven kingdoms, and the vampire Progenitor tries to recruit a new vampire army). She's not really "evil" per se (or tries not to be), she's trying to defeat the Demon Lord herself, but being a vampire, she's kind of lost her connection to being empathetic with mortals. The game will have multiple campaigns of various types (Vampire, Werewolf, Ghost, and Demon) although vampire will be the initial campaign. The others mostly tell the story from a different perspective.
first game: lets create a nice and detailed world history so we can sprinkle details here and there to give relevant information and give the world a sense of reality! second game: _HaVe YoU hEaRd ThE lEgEnD oF dArTh PlAgUeIs ThE wIsE?_
I NEED HELP! In MV i was making a game bout a 4 months, but i got BLUE Screen, and now when i try to load it i get: game.rpgproject, i am so sad, plz help me!
+Leenat I'm not sure the best way to troubleshoot that. Sounds like something got corrupted maybe? I'd do some google searches related to the issue, or post what happened on an RM forum and ask for ideas:P I always make backups (usually weekly unless I do something huge), so if something happens, I can restore it without too much trouble.
Thanks, Saturn. But I moved on and don't even remember that project... :D (I am working on a new one, you can find it in Completed Games. "Dying World" Episode 1 is out now, and Episode 2 will be released tommorow!)
Its fun to watch this video, as the world I'm building now had to evolve several times XD I often use the default graphics as a base and expand upon them XD and change things yup to fit the setting I am looking for, and often try to be very creative with my NPC's and flavor texts XD I always fall into a trap personally where I want to make constant Changes and it often hinders my progress or I have to work a week away from home and I have to email myself notes I made on the road XD. But your tips and tricks Videos are very well done and help me want to do my game justice XD
hello echo on 5:09 you are using rpg maker mv but on 6.54 you are using which rpg maker version? because in rpg maker mv players height is small but on 6:45 players is tall
Thanks for the advice, Echo. Now I just need to figure out how I'm gonna draw all my characters and the whole universe I created... Jeez, I'm not even a designer! Welp, wish me luck, good people.
Hey Echo! I recently discovered your channel and started watching all your videos, you are doing a great job and not only you have nice tutorials and guides but the Lets Plays are also pretty enjoyable... also, this maybe quite awkward to make a compliment on the internet, ... to someone you don't even know, but you have a really cute voice ^^" You probably will never see some game from me because I am developing in german atm, but hey, your videos are still helpfull for me! thanks and bye ... i guess ~
I am planning on making a game based on the vinesauce plug and plague series of streams. The first world and characters would be based on the lexibook games such as the "ningas" and unholy amount of clowns. Additionally, the second part based on the ettitek miwii games and its infamous wild west shooting game with Link and Hitler. I will also be using Vinny's hilarious commentary for plot reasons. I know, it sounds weird. However, I think it would be really fun as a first project and, who knows? Maybe Vinny will stream it too!
I had one NPC who basically said (paraphrased) "Jelirol is a village of Slimes. And I have to do a ten page report about it. Darn." Also, one NPC who gives the protagonist a Hi-Tonic because the protagonist is out saving the continent and the NPC says, "I have priorities."
I usually create a world and than i throw in charakters that may have an interisting evolution in it. Its like baking a cake with unusual ingredients.I hoping they will do well, i think :D
The game I'm working on has a world based on Japan (Similar to Earthbound/MOTHER2, but EB/M2's world was based off of America.). It's actually a fangame, but going explaining any of the story would be spoilers.
You deserve more subs... your videos are just... amazing :D i just love your cute style of telling you opinion. i just watched 10 video of yours and goddamit i will watch all of yours :D
Give them the file and make sure they have the compatible program. Easy. As long as you haven't made any claims against others editing your game, that is...
When I write the backstory of a game, its usually not to much, just a few relevant events. But my current game has a very detailed time-line backstory starting from 1000 years prior. lol.
+SuperMooshroom // Mooshry Um... sure? Should be able to download them from here - you'll also want to install the latest patch:P endlessgaming.today/downloads/xp-downloads.php
seven years ago, i created a generic fantasy world as a backdrop for a very generic rpg maker vx ace game. i never completed the game but the world it was based in grew way beyond the original idea
Though this is more about world building than for RPG building but for me consistency is also important. Assuming your writing a story about cowboys and the old west throwing cellphones in the mix generally wouldn't work and would throw people off. Assuming there's no reason for cellphones to exist in the story.
+Echo607 My RPG takes place in the year 3030, in what is considered "China" and nearby parts of east Asia. Backstory:Around the year 2018, some humans began developing supernatural powers, which was caused by the awakening of the two parts of the god that created (or re-created. Would take 5 hours to post otherwise) this world that split apart after their power was exhausted. One representing Chaos/Yin, the other Order/Yang. The sudden appearance of these so - called "Espers" resulted in a lot of chaos in human society, and after several deadly incidents, the UN decided it would be best to isolate the Espers from normal humanity. For this purpose, Esper Confinement Camps (ECC) were set up in many places around the world. These Camps formally just existed to keep Espers and normal humans apart, but in reality, many governments used them to experiment on the espers in hopes of utilizing their powers as weaponry. In 2020 then, a group of five Espers led by a young woman called Mei Long escaped from a confinement camp near Shenzhen, south China, and went into hiding in Hong Kong. There, Mei befriended a depressed 17 year old girl called Nuan Chen, becoming somewhat of an older sister figure for her. Because of the horrors they had to endure inthe camp, Mei's group started fighting the chinese government, leaking information, sabotaging the military and setting up an underground network of Espers that helped to free their brothers and sisters. Eventually, they found out that the ministry in charge of handling the ECCs in China was run by an order devoted to Yang, which desired to create an utopia where everyone would be equal and happy, where there would be no pain or sadness. However, this would have required stripping humanity of its free will completely. Mei, throughout the months preceeding this revelation, had been in contact with the force of Yin, which disguised itself as a user on social media (Sina Weibo... did my research). Eventually, the time came for the two opposing forces to battle for supremacy. Li, who had been betrayed and abused by authority figures many times, sided with Yin in this battle, having little to no impact on the fight at first, until Yin was almost defeated, which would have caused an inbalance on the cosmic scale, essentially destroying the universe. However, Yin draws its power from negative human emotions. In order to prevent the worst, Mei, filled with many negative emotions like hatred towards those who opressed her and grief over the death of her brother, who was killed during their escape, merged with Yin in order to prevent this. The fight quickly turned around, but Mei got completely lost in her rage. In the end, Nuan, filled with a strong desire to save her friend and end the fight, merges with Yang, though unlike Mei, who had become indistinguishable from the existance of Yin itself, she and Yang retained separate consciousnesses, being not fully aligned. The details of the climax are unknown (or rather: not fully fleshed out yet), but the result is referred to as the "Hong Kong Incident", a massive explosion that sent a shockwave around the entire world, wiping out 90% of humanity, causing large scale destruction and even some topographical changes. With the Camps destroyed, the surviving Espers were free, and they did not forget what the humans did to them. Neither did they forget about their powers... The following centuries saw the establishment of a new feudal order, with Espers at the top as the nobles and clergy, while normal humans became no more than a race of slaves to them. The Espers hoarded all the old knowledge and technology for themselves, leaving the common populace to live like in medieval times. A lot of the history of this Era is hazy, but by 3030, China is divided into the Fa Empire in the west, the Long Empire to the south and many minor city states in the north and east. Also, a special fail - save unit of the Chinese Communist Party, cryogenically frozen to reestablish the Chinese state in case of a nuclear exchange, is awoken from its thousand year slumber some time before the beginning of the game. At the time, another battle between the two forces is approaching, as Mei and Nuan are reincarnated into this era. One year prior to the start of the game, monsters once thought to be legends began to appear around the world (most of them pretty generic, as the one thing I'm bad at artistically is drawing and painting. Some, however, based on Chinese folklore). This backstory is of major importance, as the game follows the events surrounding the reincarnations of the members of Mei's group, as well as the sole survivor of the original group, the immortal Esper Xue Wu, who has lost most of her memories of what happened because of her long life. Places to visit include, first of all, many desolate medieval style towns, the ruins of modern cities repopulated by people who don't even know what electricity is, high tech structures reserved for the Esper nobility, old PLA bunkers and ECCs, jungles, forests, mountain passes, Vladivostok which has become the capital of a small kingdom of Wolf people, The ghost city of fengdu which has become the home of a Necromancer, and the clean, sterile rebuilt Beijing under the rule of the "Red Dynasty", just to name a few. Aaand it has officially taken me almost an hour to write this now, so I'll leave it at that.
My RPG is in a Fantasy world known as Orchestralia. This is a world with Magic based entirely on Music and Sound and everyone and everything is named after something musical. In the beginning there was nothing except The Void, which brought nothing but chaotic Magic and Darkness. Then a Light pierced through the shadows and drove The Void away. The Light took hold of the Magic, making it it's master, and was able to take form. Thus was Symphony, Goddess of Light and Song born. She then proceeded to create the world, and not long after, her husband Crescendo was created and they had kids. Said kids represented the Elements- Gods of Fire, Ice, Thunder, and Spirit, and Goddesses of Water, Wind, and Nature. They each created their own individual races, and then created Humanity together as a group project and each of the Elements gives them traits- Passion, Knowledge, Wisdom, a Soul, Serenity, Flux, and Whimsy respectively. Earth is Crescendo's thing and he gives Strength, whereas Symphony and her Light brings Hope. Then The Void rose up once more and attacked. This time, it cut off the connections the pantheon had to their creations and because of that, they all started going berserk and attacking eachother, humanity included. The Void was the embodiment of Darkness and Silence. It brought nothing but destruction. The pantheon managed to break through the interference, and while the battle was victorious as The Void is sealed away again, Symphony is mortally wounded in the fight. As a parting gift, she birthed a daughter who was filled with her essence of Light, then she died. However, the new Goddess of Light filled Humanity with Hope. And from that, Symphony was revived from death, but she is in a coma. However, she stirs and tries to awaken when vibrations such as from music and song and voice reach her... However, The Void is rising once more and that's where our story begins... My main characters are: Alto, the Bard. Minuet, the Mage. Quintus, the Knight. And Aria, the Priestess.
Echo607 After a bit of a pause, here are my main characters: Li the "Demon Child"; Zhao the "Mercenary" (actually a bandit); Hua the Matriarch (basically a female pope - like figure); Ling the (ditzy) doctor; Ren the vagabond; Xue the legendary general; Alexa, the Wolf woman; And Lee, the necromancer.
+manegirl93416 My RPG is an island called halakira, where when a mirror was broken during ww2, monsters were released. Now, the heroes need to find the 2 shards and return the mirror to it's resting place up on the mirror tower. My characters are: Tomochi (a warrior) 3 of the default characters, (Lucius is a time mage now) Sleem (a slime) Korin (a priest) Soka (a summoner) Haro (an archer) And Saki (a kuudere. No seriously that's a class)
Too bad the game I want to make is something like Quantum leap or Penn zero where the character will change universe or era each chapter so I have a BUNCH of places I'll have to make.
I really loved your channel. It's helping me a lot to create my new Rpg Game. It's sad that is in Portuguese. You don't speak portuguese to play to game! :(
About that expressions thing. A huge limitation- at least to me- is the lack of expressive variation in RPGmaker MV's character creator! Nearly every male option appears gruff and nearly every female option appears overly cheery, and of course, there's no easy way to make your character's pupils shift around like they're looking from side to side, which is. . . a small thing really, but still a problem. I want my characters to feel expressive, and ALIVE, not like stone bricks. . .
"Unsless your world poof into an existence when player started it. That would be interesting" (me: That's one of biggest things my story is based arround XD)
thing is I did write an extensive document starting from my game world's PRE-history... just to "sort of" explain how there's a disproportionately large number of hot girls going around :P
i like to try and give each npc a backstory that is alluded to in a talk option along with buy and sell. it really shows that everyone in the world has they’re own lived
I agree, NPC and Backstories can make an area so much memorable and likeable. Good job on thinking that one

My game is in a virtual world created by the hero
That's a really sweet concept
hamstwerk 234. is the game finished? can you send a link?
Did you ever finish and release your game?
Lmaooo wow that comment is old af ! No I unfortunately gave up on Game Dev to make music, I don't even remember the game ahah
@hamstwerk2467 hahah yeah, it's Hella old. How's the music biz treating you?
"Before I even begin--"
(TH-cam dies)
xD
This is a great video.
Good job, Echo!
P.S- Hi from Brazil.

I'd do some google searches related to the issue, or post what happened on an RM forum and ask for ideas:P
I always make backups (usually weekly unless I do something huge), so if something happens, I can restore it without too much trouble.
+Echo607 i tried to google it, but i only found 1 post with no answer...
I can give you a few suggestions, but try this first.
Create a new game file, copy Game.rpgproject from it, and overwrite the one in your game.
Leenat do you have a player start point? That happened to me once and that was what my problem was, hope this was useful
Thanks, Saturn. But I moved on and don't even remember that project... :D (I am working on a new one, you can find it in Completed Games. "Dying World" Episode 1 is out now, and Episode 2 will be released tommorow!)
Its fun to watch this video, as the world I'm building now had to evolve several times XD
I often use the default graphics as a base and expand upon them XD and change things yup to fit the setting I am looking for, and often try to be very creative with my NPC's and flavor texts XD
I always fall into a trap personally where I want to make constant Changes and it often hinders my progress or I have to work a week away from home and I have to email myself notes I made on the road XD.
But your tips and tricks Videos are very well done and help me want to do my game justice XD
hello echo on 5:09 you are using rpg maker mv but on 6.54 you are using which rpg maker version? because in rpg maker mv players height is small but on 6:45 players is tall
I am working on a game right now, and I want to know, would you perhaps like to try it if all goes well and I don't lose interest?
Thanks for the advice, Echo. Now I just need to figure out how I'm gonna draw all my characters and the whole universe I created... Jeez, I'm not even a designer! Welp, wish me luck, good people.
I thought the best way for world immersion was hooking it up to a VR headset Kappa
imma_dipshit _and_then username checks out
I'm making a post-apocalypse inspired by old-skool Giblis movies like Nausicaa
Thank you for this video! I'm really learning a lot watching your videos :)
Hey Echo! I recently discovered your channel and started watching all your videos, you are doing a great job and not only you have nice tutorials and guides but the Lets Plays are also pretty enjoyable... also, this maybe quite awkward to make a compliment on the internet, ... to someone you don't even know, but you have a really cute voice ^^"
You probably will never see some game from me because I am developing in german atm, but hey, your videos are still helpfull for me!
thanks and bye ...
I find it hard making maps but don't want to use the samples
thank you helping me and friend a lot with making our game:)
My game is set in a desert empire that is periodically attacked by beings from another universe.
im not but don't tell people about your idea's online because they will prolly steal it,rlly cool idea tho
Eh, what I have said is too vague to be stealable. But no one will steal my idea.
Reminds me of star ship troopers.
is their a way to make the ib design of characters in rpg maker mv? or make a sugar skull character with hair?
I've got my ideas, got a story and thoughts about game mechanics! Now it's time to try create it! Haha thanks!
Is there anyway you can teach us how to make cool cut scenes .... I don't really understand cut scenes ...
I had one NPC who basically said (paraphrased) "Jelirol is a village of Slimes. And I have to do a ten page report about it. Darn."
Also, one NPC who gives the protagonist a Hi-Tonic because the protagonist is out saving the continent and the NPC says, "I have priorities."
I am getting prepped for making my first RPG
How did you make those sweet text boxes?
Number 9 is SO true! And yay for Facebook! :D
Does anyone know how to allow players who play your game to have building rights
That's not how it works, this isn't Roblox
Give them the file and make sure they have the compatible program. Easy. As long as you haven't made any claims against others editing your game, that is...
where have you your textutieles and charakter ? i wanna make a world war 1 or 2 story xD
How do you create your chibis?Just wondering.
+Corey Grant I draw them?
Haha, the program I use is paint tool sai, and I draw with a wacom tablet:P
Ahhh okay and could you email me because I want some tips but I don't want to share my ideas publicly. r.cormac.grant@gmail.com
When I write the backstory of a game, its usually not to much, just a few relevant events. But my current game has a very detailed time-line backstory starting from 1000 years prior. lol.
Is that E.V.O (in the beggining of the video) ? :3
Hi there are you drawing you characters?
We're is the best place to give your game a sort of trial run
can you make an graphics update
Great video!
did i spot a seeker at 7:06
Echo, i can't download Gaia's Melody Another epilogue! also, i'm trying to make a fangame of that series. are fangames of it allowed?
+SuperMooshroom // Mooshry Um... sure?
Should be able to download them from here - you'll also want to install the latest patch:P
endlessgaming.today/downloads/xp-downloads.php
I have the patch echo. I just can't download the full game! I keep getting an error.
Works fine for me:/
www.dropbox.com/s/tafoqoxm2imkf4e/Gaia's%20Melody%20Another%20Epilogue.exe?dl=0
It must be google chrome which's causing the error!
Also.... I want Gaia's Melody HD for android! But is putting gaia's melody on google play worth the 25$?
Differentiating locations is stupidly difficult in RPG Maker 2003 (like I have)
seven years ago, i created a generic fantasy world as a backdrop for a very generic rpg maker vx ace game. i never completed the game but the world it was based in grew way beyond the original idea
Though this is more about world building than for RPG building but for me consistency is also important. Assuming your writing a story about cowboys and the old west throwing cellphones in the mix generally wouldn't work and would throw people off.
Assuming there's no reason for cellphones to exist in the story.
I wanna make a modern road and building but cant
I make in my game two character starting hassle and main character stop them at the start because he hate hassles.
I AM READY TO MAKE A RPG!!
Can we post what our RPG worlds are in the comments?
+manegirl93416 That would be interesting:3

3 of the default characters, (Lucius is a time mage now)
Sleem (a slime)

Me: *literally already did this*
Too bad the game I want to make is something like Quantum leap or Penn zero where the character will change universe or era each chapter so I have a BUNCH of places I'll have to make.
FF7 timeline!
Name of your best rated games?
Wait... but I want to do every pixel graphic :(
I really loved your channel. It's helping me a lot to create my new Rpg Game. It's sad that is in Portuguese. You don't speak portuguese to play to game! :(
You could use a software to translate it.

great videos. very cute. downloading rpg maker now. lets see what comes of it :)
"have great graphics but fail to draw the player into the game"
the order 1886, pls pay attention
About that expressions thing. A huge limitation- at least to me- is the lack of expressive variation in RPGmaker MV's character creator! Nearly every male option appears gruff and nearly every female option appears overly cheery, and of course, there's no easy way to make your character's pupils shift around like they're looking from side to side, which is. . . a small thing really, but still a problem. I want my characters to feel expressive, and ALIVE, not like stone bricks. . .
adorbs :3
"What kind of placed will they live" WHAT?
Well i have an idea but i don't have the game it will take place in a high school
"Unsless your world poof into an existence when player started it. That would be interesting" (me: That's one of biggest things my story is based arround XD)
I was spriting today and I just found out that my canvas size was 911 by 607 XD Coincidence? I think not....
Very helpful, thanks. That can't be your real voice though, right? :)
So, long story short... Do what I do for my TTRPG Campaigns. Got it.
Tfw ur game is about time travel :')
Gotta figure out when everything started going bad and when to change history and change the entire timeline
One of your open mouths looks like it is drooling pink saliva and I couldn't stop staring at it .-.
thing is I did write an extensive document starting from my game world's PRE-history... just to "sort of" explain how there's a disproportionately large number of hot girls going around :P
E.V.O00000000000000!!!!
