Lappland on the one with alot of 5 stars. Shes still the best Silence applier so shes unreplacable and will save your ass alot.
and then Projekt Red on the one with 4 choices

Lappland is a great OP for start! Also she can be hard to get by pulling because she is only in kernel banner.
