I love Canva I have only been using it for a few months and have learned so many new things by just experimenting. But I could NOT figure out how to easily get to the image behind! Hi Aurelius. Thank you for your wonderful videos! I am currently having an issue with a design I did. When I click on an elemane of it (text) I am getting a dark green outer box surrounding it, and at the top right of it, my name is there! All this vs. the normal aqua cnava colored box indicating you selected something. I am unsure how this came to happen and I have tried to get rid of it since I don't know if it will affect the output of my design, so I want to keep it in the original aqua color. Do you know what that green means and how to get rid of it? Thanks.
I have tried for three hours to find the COMMAND KEY on my ASUS computer to be able to select an element behind, which is what I use the most. Please help me, I am a 70 year old woman, yes, who helps her daughter with her designs, I love technology and to learn everyday something new. I am writing from COLOMBIA. Thanks
I am a Canva Pro, I could not get to the Shortcut Infographic with the link given. It shows a very small picture of it but I want to download it. Any help will be appreciated. Love my shortcuts!

You can go here: static-cse.canva.com/blob/142483/canva-keyboard-shortcuts-revised-01-25-18.73004cd9.png From there, you can either save the image to view on your computer or just view it from your browser. If it's too small to read, simply zoom in onto the image. Hope that helps.

I just came across your channel and LOVE IT, my friends and I just started a little business and I have been in charge of most of our content and all your videos have undoubtedly made my life so much easier! I have a few questions that I have not yet seen, How do you post the templates that are animated to social media? And how do you use the calendar in Canva to automatically post your pre-made posts on days you designate?
If you want to post animated templates to social media save them as either a MP4 video or a gif (gifs have no sound) and then upload them as a video to your social media. To use the Planner/Calendar in Canva you need a Pro account but all you do is connect your social media accounts, do to the Share button in the editor, choose Share on Social, then select Schedule. This will open the planner. You can set the day and time and the account you want it to post to. 🙂 Hope that helps.
Depending on the complexity of your logo, it may or may not be possible to remove the background. Canva has a background remover tool if you select your image, go to Effects, and select Background Remover. You can finetune the removal using the remover brush.

Paulina, the COMMAND key is only on a Mac (Apple) computer. On your ASUS computer you use the CONTROL key (sometimes abbreviated CTRL)
There's no COMMAND KEY, use CTRL KEY instead for your Asus laptop. COMMAND KEY are only available with MAC devices
Hi Paulina. I apologize I didn't make it clear enough in the video. The CTRL key is what you want to use on a Windows computer.
I do not have ungroup on my Canva dash board. Where can I find it or is there another way to ungroup text?

Do you mean group/ungroup? If so, on your keyword CMD+G (Mac) or CTRL+G (Windows)
