@Peter Tan 係 上閤屋 嗎? 大約20年無聽過依個名了, 哈哈! 因為台灣酒店既buffet收費不斷漲價, 而食材卻越來越差, 香港常見的龍蝦生蠔長腳蟹幾乎係見唔到的, 除非係特別推出的限時活動. 我去上當過好多次, 間間酒店都係好怕d客人食架, 個d矜貴食材唔係補充的超慢, 就係一開場先有, 後面就唔再上....等等! 好似我舊年去台北文華東方食buffet, 主打法國生蠔, 點知只有一開波的個二碟生蠔係放滿的, 但又無限每人攞幾隻, 所以前面3 個人就夾哂所有蠔, 後面就一堆人排隊等, 餐廳每次由廚房出生蠔大約要等5-10分鐘(無專屬生蠔吧, 都係後場廚房出蠔), 重點係等咁耐每次只出四隻蠔...., 真係好想講粗口呀! 寧願返香港或去日本食!
