On the back side of the County Clerks Building which is kitty corner from where your launch pad is, there are three air conditioner fans. Next to them is a steel grate. That's where we go to have a smoke. Oh, I work in the building. I know that you normally do your flying on weekends, but if it is during the weekday, I would love to see your drone show up to say "hi". We usually take our smoke break at the top of the hour. :-)

Nice video. Are you running any range boosters on that Phantom ?

+MadMattz76 Thanks. Not using a booster. All stock. The ambient interference of this environment usually knocks the range potential down to under a mile, depending on altitude.

+49metal Cool thanks. Even so looks like you are getting good coverage with what is shown. I was seriously considering the P3P for the light bridge. I currently have non DJI models with WiFi and the video downlink range is terrible. I will assume you are pleased with yours ?

Yes. Such issues that exist pale in comparison with the strengths of the system.

49metal , I have a mavic, only have a flew short flights, not daring enough to take it too far without some open area test runs. supposed to have pretty good range. Are there any local drone groups that you know of?

Don't know, but I haven't looked. I have no reason to suspect there is, but you never know.
