The goth boots are from a company called New Rock. I've had my 3/4 knee-high New Rocks for about 10 years now, and they definitely are built to last. As for the girl's boots, the covers she has we call spats here in the US.
The ventilation you like is good for a dry environment but for a hymid, wet environment they aren't as appropriate. This is due to waterproofing products wearing out quickly & them taking a long time to dry out. I personally go with boots more akin to the first pair you used due me having hyper mobile joints.
In my personal opinion. People mainly focus on your chest/face and limbs if there’s anything interesting with the limbs. Your footwear is so low from the center of your body that few will pay attention. So if you just don’t draw visual attention to your lower legs no one will notice.
