Not to say you need improvement, but what helped me with 1 handed shooting is shooting from compressed and elbow at 3:00 (right handed) or at 9:00 (left handed). The tension of holding your way reduces muzzle flip and faster follow ups. Give it a try and see if it increases your split times.
