If it came in VG10 or similar, even 9CR. Id buy one now. If youre interested, the Petrified Fish Warrior and Warrior Mini are great Sinkevich-like designs in K110 steel and micarta.
I picked this up almost a year ago. Love the action, feel and the look. A nice show blade, very sharp out of the box.. Still need to sharpen it for the first time.. Great as a daily for lighter uses, I find myself reaching in my tool bag if I know it's a job (also I don't want to destroy this one haha). Breaks in nicely with some lube!
Hello . For me the looks of a knife comes first, then price and honestly i don´t even loook at the steel. Yes, i can feel the difference with high end steels but it is not a priority. I do love wood though, don´t see that often on modern knives. All the best.
I’ve looked at this knife a few times, it’s definitely catches my eye. BUT as you said it was really close to on target. I agree with the blade coating, the first few uses and it’s going to look like trash. I normally wouldn’t mind that on “user” knife but this one looks more like a fancy “pinky out” knife, so I wouldn’t want the worn look. And the “wood” scales…haha Classic Kershaw!
I remember the G10 version of this... the wood is a nice touch. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the heads up on the Warriors. Appreciate you watching.

Something I'd whip out at a steakhouse and no one would bat an eye
Ha! Indeed! I would love to see Kershaw make more knives all these lines. Great look and a good value. Thanks for watching!
Sweet knife
It's amazing how many knives currently being produced mimic the Sinkevich handle configuration.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery as they say. His designs are top notch. Thanks for watching.
I just ordered it
It looks really good apart from the other little things. Thanks for sharing.
I got this knife or a buddy of mine for his birthday he loves it. I think it’s a great option. Great review again Brad have a great one!

I had one, replaced the clip and eventually gave it to my son. It isn't a terrible knife I feel the same way you do it's a swing and a near miss.
Agreed. Thanks for watching!
For $40 seems pretty good. Great review 👍
I definitely ended up liking it more than I expected... it's sticking around. Thanks Jeremy!
