    Sarap naman, yung ibang nakasama kong nagluluto ginagawa nila niroroll nila sa flour ok nga naman crispy pa dn kahit na iref yun nga lang nagkakaron ng after taste yung balat dibale nang makunat wag lng lasa ng sunog na flour

    iba aq magluto ng lumpiang shanghai,ginigisa ko po muna ingredients lalo n giniling,para maluto cia ng husto,drain ko pagkatapos,lagyan ko cia egg at ground pepper balot ko n than fry presto gustong2 ng pamilya ko,kya once my handaan aq pinagagawa nila lumpia shanghai...😄😋

      Sa akin pag pang tinda .. pinapakuluan ko ang karne ng may asin at bawang saka ko e mix .. kasi pag preto mo mag mamantika. Maluluto din naman ang loob nyan basta deep fry mas malutong pa.

    I work sa Restaurant I will share how you prepared the lumpiaa wrapper para di pumuputok.
    1 pc. Lumpia wrapper
    Cut 1/2 wrapper and place sa middle ng whole wrapper
    Ipila ng sunod sunod at pila pila sng lumpia wrapper
    Then ipatong ang 2nd 1/2 wrapper sa top middle at Used pastry bag pag
    Squish ng meat sa gitna para madali at pare pareho.
    Rolled at pahiran ng tinunaw na water w corn starch pandikit.
    Ipila pila sa parchment paper sa tray keep sa freezer
    Pag frozen next day ilabas at cut into small pieces at ilagay sa plastic ziploc bag 100 pcs 1 bag at keep again sa freezer.
    Ok fry in oil kahit frozen

    Kailangan na po talagang natanggalin ang kito 12 kc pahirap lang saming mga magulang mahirap na nga po kami tapos may 2years pang nadagdag kung hindi pinatupad yan ni noynoy graduate na sana ang anak ko isa nalang sana pag aaralin ko ngayong taon..pahirap talaga ang dalawang taon na dagdag sa pag aaral..
