Do you recommend buying a booster box and trying to make any type of deck from it or just use the blitz decks?
The easiest and least expensive option is to get a precon and then swap out some cards if you want. Opening packs is always the most expensive option.
Can you build a casual deck or two outta these boxes that will be better or atleast decent compared to blitz
Decks you build from a booster box will probably be better than a precon but will be way more expensive and you will have a ton of cards you won't use.
