@@frankgrant4784 I worked at USAA insurance I have intimate knowledge I’m a licensed agent and I have a associate reassurance. Why don’t you ask me? We have lunch together and I can show you the evidence.
But you got to understand the guy this is unsafe as s***think of somebody who could kill or injure very seriously and then if he has no insurance who's going to pay for that the cops should be investigating this truck
The problem is if his trailer bumps into YOUR car... The insurance will say "Well, you hit it so that's YOUR fault" not realizing the operator of the vehicle improperly set the whole thing up. Good luck proving that to the insurance company.
So he just gets to kill somebody because he can't afford to keep a vehicle in safe shape? Driving is a privilege not a right. I can't believe people are supporting the owner of this dangerous truck and trailer.
Have some empathy dude. Do you even live in virginia? You almost cant live there without a vehicle cause of the distancea between places. Maybe the guy has a record and the only way he can make bills is doing free lance mowing. Do you think he should just give up on life? Give in to the world crushing him? Thats probably over $1200 dollars worth of repairs needed and in this economy a lot of people with 2008 fords struggle to buy a set of truck tires. Do the people that die to an accident deserve it? Of course not, but this guy deserves a chance to live his life in his own way.
Talk to a psychiatrist. You're at greater risk of causing harm, than this truck and trailer. The way you rant, and your inability to type coherent sentences...are warning signs.
One of these days this guy is going to show the plate of the wrong truck and get taken to court. TH-cam needs to take this channel down, he’s showing plates & other personally identifiable information on private property. If I saw this guy lurking around vehicles like that I’d 100% call the cops and have him escorted off the property. This has to be Northern VA, try that around here and you’d be arrested for trespassing.
@@dgrenier4908 why there is no expectation of privacy if anybody could take a video of you and your plate on our public roadway the Supreme Court says there is no expectation of privacy. Even my plates are out there, so what’s your problem?
@@DangerousTrailers-xf8we parking lot = private property. A business owner in Virginia has the right to ask you to leave and if you don’t comply you can be arrested for trespassing. You’ve been lucky - try that stunt on some business premises = trespassing charge & restraining order. Simple / A parking lot is NOT public property. It is owned & maintained by the business- that’s why law enforcement won’t do an accident report for a parking lot fender bender - not a public road
Missed in the rant. Trailer is improperly loaded. Wrong positioning of cargo, too much weight placed on the trailer tongue. Universal maxim; "Where there is no enforcement, there is no Law.". Your tax dollars at work.
This is dangerous. Did you stop the driver and explain it to him? Was it an old guy with a retirement job that didnt care or someone young who maybe doesnt realize how dangerous it is?
The Highway Patrol should have the legal authority- and be legally required- to impound deathtraps like this the moment they see them ( and get photographic proof).
Are they not allowed to do that already? A vehicle that is not legal to be on the road can be taken off the road by them cant it? Its a matter of them paying attention to the average looking blue truck driving around town at 30 mph and catching the driver.
I'm just surprised you gave him credit for having insurance. Why would he have insurance?
Did you know that he paying the same amount of insurance as you do?
Yes I went undercover cover at USSA insurance. Let’s talk

If he gets in a wreck. I don’t think the insurance would cover him after they see this mess.
Looks like the trailer popped off the hitch during loading. That's probably where that hole in the tailgate came from.
You assume he has any insurance at all.
That's actually his truck LOL!

Blue probably doesn’t even have insurance 🤣
Go complain to your boyfriend about it.

My math is off,,, sorry it’s over 11/22 was when it was inspected and it expired on 11/23. So it’s almost 21 months since
You're like the guardrails dude
More than likely his truck 😂 he showed the plate on the truck and the trailer as well it wasn't blurred out
Wrong.
Probably doesnt have the money to fix it.
Then he doesn't have the money to drive on the streets.

Do you have a brain? You don't mind following behind that down the highway? Seriously?
