Feng’s poke game is very strong and offers many mix-up options. It’s so nice to break this statement into practical examples of effective strikes and actually learn how to play Feng in Tekken 7 in the best way possible. Joey Fury, an esports professional, explains lots of things in Feng’s arsenal - could there be a better way to improve your skills with this character? We at DashFight are super glad to bring this video guide to you, guys. Hopefully, the power of this Kenpo fighter will grant you many glorious victories.
Super important point and I hope @dashfight pins this comment. After an hour of trying to figure out why I couldn't land any hits after the FF4,3 in these combos- YOU MUST DELAY THE 3 SLIGHTLY OR YOU WONT HIT THE DUMMY HIGH ENOUGH! Hope that helps :D
Thought the guide was really helpful. Always looking for stuff on Feng and fellow mains. And I think it was his master shinken, the shinken scrolls and law 👍
@@DashFight Feng is very good char - trolls cannot troll, aggressive players starting to think. With Kazuya, I got many perfect rounds, but I was losing in defense. With Feng, I am went with 10+ winning streaks. That inspiring me, to main Feng and looking for those wonderful guides, that help me to learn his gameplan faster.
The great thing about Feng is that he is the perfect balance of cheese and fundamentals. Though he has some unga bunga in his moves, you will rarely get away for free in neutral. For eg people complain about db3 being broken - but it is -15 on block. Compare that with Ganryu's Df3 that is +5 on hit and -12 on block. These type of interesting, unique yet respectable moves allows everyone to play him differently - allowing both free expression for the player and enjoyment for the spectators. Just see the difference in play-style between Knee's, Nobi's and Caiper's Fengs. All 3 god tier, all three totally different. While Knee sticks to movement, core pokes and back kenpo, caiper uses the full arsenal and nobi is in the middle. Fav character in tekken 7, hope to see him in 8 :D
U know ,after watching this guide,I wanna switch back to this character that has been my main since tekken 5 but had to drop him since he wasn't really working for me,I guess the buffs he received may make my decision easier than I've originally thought
Really late to this and I hope you've got your answer by now, but if not you need to delay the 3 slightly. Wait until his toes hit the peak of FF4 before hitting 3 and the DF4 ender should connect
I wouldn’t say no to going over all his moves and maybe spending more time on his top 15. Also a wall combo/tech section (unless it’s here and I missed it)

Thanks for the insight and comment :)
Your comment perfectly explains why Feng has been my Main since T5. You just forgot to mention one thing: he looks badass af.
@@KroVey fuck yeah he does. I just pray they give us his OG red suite back 😂

Great video thanks, unfortunatley you missed wall combos and flor fall combos. But still very very usefull tips.
Thanks
Characters with good keepaway tools like Alisa, Master raven, Lili, Zafina, Noctis, kunimitsu and mm are those characters that feng struggle.
F1+2 combo, its not a dash df+1, its run up df+1, you have to be balls deep in enemy's model with your df+1 for ff4>3 to connect
Very helpfull
14:15 First combo
How to do combo at 14:19 with jab? df4 misses all the time
same, i need help pls even if i delay the 3 from the f,f+4>3 the df4 keep missing after jab - dash
Same I think the combo is outdated and they changed Feng so we'll need to look at another combo guide
Im not sure if he mentions this but you have to delay f,f4>3 you can kinda notice he does this in the video
Like delay the animation, once you find the timing you’ll get it every time
how do you charge up those electric sparks to hit harder?
15:26 2nd 1+2 combo
wtf feng is so fun and strong ass character
Так держать!
1, 1 is a good ch launcher
15:16 1+2 combo
Show us to execute bf-12
back kenpo
big whiff: 3 (launcher)
small whiff: 2 (quick)
(1+2) time it right
d3+4 quick low
Good video..
Is the 15:16 combo still valid? I can’t seem to jab after f,f+4
Did you find the method
Need help! I keep dropping the df+4 after f,f+4>3. What am i doing wrong? Already buffering it still wont carry

Yeah delay 3 after tha ff4 itll launch them higher

Also a wall combo/tech section (unless it’s here and I missed it)
