I watched the KC Maxx video already, but I didn't know the story about this truck.. This is a really cool story, that both KC Maxx and this truck were hot lapping all night in multiple classes, and they met in the finals. Mad respect for both of these guys, and they are both so humble and great on camera too!

😭😭😭 I miss you guys, at my hometown track I drag race at in the 80s 😆🤘 back in the day I quit going there because it was too dangerous, like shootings and stabbings 🤣 I can't believe anybody figured out how to get down that slick track. That was amazing 👊🤘💥✌️🔥

It is a outlaw track! So much more fun at these type of places compared to ZMax Dragway...but they are totally different types of places as far as dragstrips. I love my local track, the Dirty Mo.
I have alway's said that jason is the fastest smalltire on the street. He always hook up like a bat out of hell doesn't matter what road it is...That truck works...🙏👏🙌
I know it sucks Jason but I heard them say you can be on the first white line on you're side but you can't touch the black asphalt pass it. I even went back and watched two different live feeds just to make sure that I remembered it right. But win or lose everyone there that night knew who the fastest truck/car was that night and day good job brother you have got that truck rolling on smalls!

No he did that to himself and he will tell you the same. I've know Limpy and raced with Limpy for over 15 years and not one time have I seen him rob or try to rob a driver of a race!
Everyone gathered tightly around the starting line reminds me of the street racing in Philly from the late 80's early 90's. It was definitely chaotic 😆👍🤘
That's a bummer. He seriously had that truck dialed in. Not to mention that was a ton of passes & the truck stayed together with no issues. I'm totally bummed that he didn't get a 'W' that last race. He & his crew absolutely deserved it.
wish I could make my s10 half that fast haha. for him to win every race. and go over the line a hair was a big surprise. like you said it was at 5am so everyone was super tired. but damn he almsot won both
LS is relatively maintenance free in its element, but pushing it that hard is a little outta its league. I love em, but he's making some jam with that big block
I like the fact that he's got a conventionally headed big-block Chevy that is awesome, my 65 Nova has a 532 conventional head big block in it with a root blower. Small Tire
I'm putting a turbo LS in a Sonoma. I don't have to worry about it being remotely that fast, but if it was to run close to that I'd sell it. Lol. Like I said in my comment earlier, don't know if it's the lighting but the video made that lil truck look crazy violent..

I was thinking the same thing!! I raced there once about 20 years ago and it was SUPER sketchy. Made some people some cash though so it was all good.
Not so slick now. And/or it can’t be any worse than the street theses guys race on.

Aftermarket blocks have gotten a lot stronger and a lot more affordable

That's the way that track has been for decades. People rarely get hurt there. It doesn't look safe, but somehow everyone goes home safe.
