its true that often a bands talent doesnt always show until you see their songs stripped to the core and played acoustically, this performance just proves how amazing and talented this band is! cannot wait to see them in november!
The drummer is quite impressive. He plays the viola here, he plays the guitar (in other acoustic videos), drums, and he sings. This is my favorite acoustic version of Radioactive on TH-cam.
It doesn't have as much power in it as the original but I still love it x3 anyways, I love how Dan and Wayne are rocking their heads side to side at the same time at one point XD and how Dan sings "it's a revouloution" is so cool! And the way Dan is sitting with his white skinny jeans looks really runny XD and near the end Wayne's hair is just like FABULOUS lol

So I did a search on TH-cam for it, in the hopes that it would be there, and I found this. I am glad to say that my speculation was 100% CORRECT! The acoustic version of "Radioactive" is awesome. It is sad that radio audiences don't hear this version more than the polished and mixed studio version. Now they need to put an orchestra behind it and it will be perfect!

Mycel I agree, on instrumentation alone, this performance was seriously lacking. Loose harmonies, boring lead parts, and a really weak lead vocal. I understand if this is just a poor example of their skills, but no one should ever say this is better than well, anything, much less the beatles
There are so many great musicians that will never grow to full celebrity status. Bands like Foster the people and these guys are great examples. while they are stable in music they will never reach Beatles like status.

Why does that concern you? It can be used to hold frets on the low E string or to mute strings for chords that don't require them.
