    Hi Miranda. Why does the base screen set up around minute 1:00 look different and more complex than the finished version on this video ? Did you update the video or is there another video showing things you added to the base ? thanks

    Awesome video! Thank you, you are so helpful! Question: how would you set up a load table if a load had multiple pickup/drop locations? Trying to figure an optimal way to do it. So far not so neat.😁

  • @supreme_jeff08z66
    @supreme_jeff08z66 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Great I needed that ,,now question is there a way to separate your weekly pay amounts ,from the formula ,let's say to see how much you made this week vs next week? Instead of having all the numbers add up at the bottom of the screen?

  • @rmtrucking7430
    @rmtrucking7430 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Awesome video! How do you keep track of your loads and drivers schedule? Do you have an airtable tab listing out the days of the week and what loads you have on those days. I could see it being hard to know what driver is available once you have so many drivers

    • @nbautista1194

      There’s a group button on Airtables and it lets you choose how you want to group it I groups them by pick up dates

    Do you use this for your fleet maintenance tracking program? Such as current mileage, APU hrs., when services are due like oil changes, various maintenance, and when services/repairs were completed?
    Got to say, I just found your videos and love them.

    • @TruckingMadeSuccessful
      @TruckingMadeSuccessful  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, I partially use this and partially I use our ELD for things like mileage, APU hours and equipment diagnostics :)

    Great video, you should continue this series. One question, do you used the paid subscription for airtable or is the free version enough to manage your fleet?

    • @TruckingMadeSuccessful

      Thank you! I use the paid "Pro" subscription :) The best money I have spent so far!

    Hello! Many thanks for sharing! You’re officially amazing!! A question: Is it possible that this TMS can be used by a team of dispatches (and possible other departments), including e.g., TMS protection from controversial or accidental edition, and limited access control administration allowing e.g., to dispatch team access only what ever relevant to dispatch, etc? Or it is suitable for personal use only?

    • @TruckingMadeSuccessful
      @TruckingMadeSuccessful  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there! Yes this system is shareable with your team! :)

    Look nice!) Thanks for the information! Could you make a video about working hours of a driver and a dispatcher.? How many hours they work a day? How many cases , when a driver should go at night? Or something) Thanks!)
