I saved for 2 months to get the Polychromos pencils, but I finally got them! And next I think I want to get the Albrecht Durer and the Ohuhu alcohol markers. Looking back on it, I wish I had just gotten the Albrecht Durer and skipped the polys, but I'm still glad that I have them! You have a point. Some brands are really expensive, tho. So I've assessed how far I'm going with this activity, and I've decided for now that I'm keeping to my budget and enjoy what I can buy. It's easy for me to confuse saving up with getting enslaved to get what I think I want.
@@JoieManatad Yea I guess it's all about perspective because for me it's exciting when I save up the money to get the supplies that I've been wanting. And when I made this original comment I wasn't happy with my choice to buy the Polychromos instead of the Albrecht Durer, but 10 months later I've had a lot more time to practice with my Polychromos and I can't live without them! I got the set of 121 Caliart markers because I wanted to see if I like using markers before I buy the more expensive ones, and they're actually pretty good markers for being a budget friendly set, but you can't buy them open stock so there's no option to replace colors when they run out, other than buying a new set. But they were only $50 or $60 and I would have spent at least twice that amount, if not more, to get the Ohuhu markers that I want. This technique by far is the best. I’ve tried others but it never measures up. After watching your channel, as I’ve mentioned before, I get tons of inspiration from you. Well done Karen! BTW, I kept blowing off the dust through my phone as you were coloring. Lol
Would love if you would share your combo book!!!! Do a full flip. I find your information very helpful and actually just listening to you chat in your videos are my favorite.

Excellent tutorial. Your clear, step by step breakdown of how to blend with colored pencils is so helpful. I’ve watched many tutorial videos on the subject of pencil blending by various colorists. Your explanation and demonstration of the process gives a novice colorist like me a concise "how to" for developing coloring skills. Thank you for sharing!

Karen, ta vidéo est tellement utile et claire. Merci beaucoup pour partager ton talent et tes connaissances. Je suis contente car ça m'aide beaucoup pour colorier. Corinne
I was wondering if you have a video on each of the brands you own that work together in blending, layering, etc. Also, depending on paper, some brands you get 3 layers only, but other brands you get more than 3 layers. Would you have a video for this? I am so sorry for so many comments and questions. But your style of sharing and teaching is amazing!!!! I truly appreciate all you do 😍🤗😍
Hi Janet, I don't often layer while colouring, so I don't have a video on this yet, but definitely something to think about for the future. Thank you ❤️
This helped me so much! I started out with polychromos and lots of layering, but I found it hard to get rid of all the white of the paper. Then I thought prismas would solve that problem, but they didn't. Everybody talks about needing to colour lighthanded and I interpreted that as you shouldn't burnish, and so the white kept coming through. Now I finally get it! I tried your examples and it looks fabulous, thank you so much ❤
You’re very welcome! ❤️ My first pages coloured with Polychromos I did the same. I didn’t burnish the paper, I thought this was the only way I could get a soft look to a page. I personally prefer not to see any white of the paper, but I do appreciate that leaving a page unburnished is a technique others enjoy. I am just not naturally light handed haha I’m so happy to hear you tried it and liked the results 🤗🥰
You may repeat the directions on what to do, but repetition is a big part of learning. Thank you for this tutorial. It addresses some of my questions about coloring with pencils. ❤
This video has helped me a lot. I have learned that when it comes to “scumbling “ I need to do light layers as it’s hard for me to lighten my pressure if I start hard pressure using this technique ❤
Thank you Karen, once again. I was wondering if you have made a video or maybe some type of list of your favorite multi color combinations for a color group for any one colored pencil... such as Prismacolor Premier? IF not, would you consider doing that. I would even be willing to pay for such a list. I did screenshot the list on this video as suggested. I appreciate that. Thanks again for all you do.
You have no idea how long I've waited on this video! I was certainly one of the ones asking how do you know if you want to do light to dark or dark to light. 😂 Now it all makes sense! I’ve actually started your old video for colouring leaves in Magical Jungle because I love how you coloured it and thought it’s always good to have a refresh of skills ❤❤❤

@@MyColourfulCountryLife Hey, Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my comment 🥰 I did discover your playlist for prima combos and have printed them all off and am now working my way through them. I can't wait for your black widow ones as I have just finished purchasing the complete set 😊 I was also wondering if you would consider doing a flip through of your notebooks that you keep all your combo references in as I think that is a great idea but have absolutely no idea where to start!! 😂😂😂 warmest wishes from a finally sunny and warm Cornwall in the UK 🌻🌞
@demigough2040 ooh okay, there is a flip through of my notebook. I’m trying to think which video it’s on. Could be the beginning of the prisma skin video I think 🤗
I have seen people use colored pencils and they don't start off with the burnish technique. They start with the light and build up, however for me that takes too my time and my patience is thin so I most definitely appreciate this method and will be breaking the rules. Thanks so much for this video!
You are very welcome. I’m also too impatient for light layers and will avoid where possible haha 😂they do work well when you need a softer or more realistic look. But I like bold and vibrant and I think this way works better for that effect ❤️🥰
Thank you ❤ this has really helped a lot. Many tutorials are usually you do this and that divide equal parts and tada! That was not enough and the key factor for me at least was the point to taper the blend vs harsh line blend and the reasons behind it. Love all the tutorials you have been sharing lately.
Aww thank you. I figure that if I give as much info as possible people can skip past whatever doesn’t interest them but it’s there for those that need it ❤️🤗
Wow! I still find it difficult to blend really nicely, but now that I've seen this... I'm going to try it tomorrow. You explained it very clearly, if I don't succeed now, I don't think it will ever work 😉 And to think I came across your video by chance, I was just looking around, not specifically looking for blending with pencils, so I was very happy when I saw this.
Hey Cindy 👋🏼 it was clearly meant to be haha so happy you found it. It may take some practice to get used to the amount of pressure you need to use but I believe it will help 😊 Please let me know how you go 😁 Happy colouring 🤗
Thank you, that was really helpful. I’ve only just started to learn blending and my previous attempts had lines of colour. After your tutorial i can definitely see the difference and the colours are merging nicely. I think I’m ready to attempt some small pictures and see how i go. I’m loving all of your videos and will be going through them all for more helpful tips.
Hi Karen, I am sorry it’s been so long since I left you a comment on your videos. I was taking care of my granddaughter for 3 months and she kept me so busy that I didn’t have time to write. I have liked and watched so many of your videos that I know how you color, it’s so enjoyable to watch you blend the colors together that I had to sit here and relax while you blended lol. Thank you so much for sharing!🥰
Thank you for your wonderful videos Karen. I am just getting started in Adult Colouring. I think your little blend journals are a great idea. May I ask what are the sections you divide the journals into? Many thanks, Sue
Thanks Sue! I have mine broken into 10 sections: 1. Backgrounds (so sky, sunset, sunrise, night sky, rainbow etc) 2. Leaves 3. Wood 4. Metal 5. Ocean 6. Skin tones 7. Hair 8. Facial features (eyes, lips etc) 9. Miscellaneous (such as candlelight, snow, glass etc) 10. Florals (I also keep any straight blends that don’t fall into the other categories and I split the florals into colour groups like the reds that I showed in the video 🤗
Thank you so very much Karen. That’s given me a great starting point for my blends notebook. I really appreciate all your knowledge and ideas that you share on your channel. Sue
I have just found your channel and loving it. Do you have the 6 pencil combos that you have in your journal anywhere on your channel? I’d love to see what you put together, ty x
Thank you for the wonderful advice, I am new to prismacolor pencils, I'm in the UK and I bought the 150 set but cost alot of money, sounds silly but I am frightened to use them due to the price and not being able to spend £196 for another tin. But I do love the colours and they have a unique smell that I love. Once again thank you for your continued advice and education on colouring and techniques. Xx😊
Remember Prisma is available open stock. I know they are hard to find in the UK but you won't have to pay for another full tin if you run through some pencils, you tend to have a small assortment you use more than others. The last time I looked coloured pencil shop online sold the open stock. If you want something local and easier to source try Derwent Chromaflow, they are the closest I've found in texture/opacity to Prisma. They are sold open stock by Cult pens, Jacksons, and Ken Bromley that I know of. I adore them, I honestly reach for them just as often, I love the smaller size core it makes it much easier to blend in small areas.
They are expensive, and there’s nothing I live more than a brand new set of pencils. They just look so pretty in their box all new and enticing 😊 definitely consider using them though and getting some enjoyment out of money well spent. Also some wonderful advice from the lovely @waymire01
I love your technique, it‘s through your channel that I understood how to use Prismacolors (I come from the Polychromos layering end of colouring 😅)… I actually once coloured a whole page using all of my 120 Polychromos pencils - it was a flower page that I turned into a rainbow. It was a lot of fun, I definitely recommend it!
Love ❤️ your videos..I also enjoy using the Dahle 133 pencil sharpener.. I have tried electric sharpeners but they always eat up too much of the pencils..you are an excellent teacher..Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us..
Beautiful but tedious, for me. I can not last more then 10 minutes before switching to a marker base color to speed things up. I appreciate the effort but I just do not have the patience. I wish I could color this way. Thank you so much for the in depth tutorial! I love your videos.
Do you find this kind of coloring works best with hard (Crayola, Master) or oily (Brutfuner) pencils best? Those are the only 3 brands I have right now. And CC Foud but that's Brutfuner too. I find the oily pencils run down so much faster. I lose a lot of pencil to breakage as well. But the oily pencils seem to have much more color payoff with much less effort.
Its me again, another question 🤔 I tried to edit my other comment but it won't let me. When using the burnishing, the burnish pencil, is this the same as using the blender pencil? I like my coloring, most of the time, to be bright and bold. I would love to see you use all 150 colors on a coloring page! Maybe a field of flowers and trees, maybe include caterpillars, bugs, and butterflies as well!!!! Some pencils you don't want super sharp, others you want super sharp. Do any of your brands you own, fall into using different types of points? Should be my last question on this video!!! Thank you!!!
Hi Janet! So I don’t use blender pencils or blending solutions. I burnish as I go with my pencils, this just means making sure there’s no white of the paper showing. I find blender pencils can dull the colours. I always want my pencils super sharp hahaha
Thank you Karen…..I think it would be a great challenge to use every color! Would you ever consider sharing your combinations with us? I’d be willing to pay for them in a number of colored pencils. Thanks for taking the time to help us make sense of all these different techniques.❤
Oh you are very welcome hun! I’m so glad the video has helped. These are the kind of videos I wish I had access to when I first started. 🤗
Thanks for showing us
You’re very welcome Diann 🤗🥰
I will definitely be trying this you explained everything so well thank you so much for sharing. Take care 😊
Thanks Vanessa, glad you liked it and hope it helps ❤️🤗
Thank you for all the tips and color alongs! I'm starting to color my first Kerby Rosanes book following your coloring and it's been super helpful!
You’re so very welcome. Enjoy the wonderful world of Kerby his pages are so fun to dive into. Happy colouring Chiara ❤️
Karen you’re a genius ❤ absolutely loved this video! What a beautiful colourist you are. So very helpful. Thank you so very much for all you do xx🥰
Ohhh, your kind words have truly made my day Beverley! 🥰 I'm so grateful for your support and thrilled that you loved the video. It means a lot to me to hear that it was helpful for you! Thank you 🎨💖
Perfect example of blending! I love your channel sooooo much!
Thank you so much! 🥰🤗❤️
OUTSTANDING techniques. Beautiful! I’ve learned a lot. Thank you!
That's wonderful to hear, thank you 🥰
That was an awesome toturial!! I watched so many and yours just really clicked! Thank you!
Ohh awesome! You’re so welcome 🤗❤️
I like the challenge of using every pencil ;)
It’d be so much fun. I’m sure I’ve probably come close before haha 😂 I think it’s need to be a detailed double page to fit them all 😊❤️
This technique by far is the best. I’ve tried others but it never measures up. After watching your channel, as I’ve mentioned before, I get tons of inspiration from you. Well done Karen! BTW, I kept blowing off the dust through my phone as you were coloring. Lol
Ohh thank you so much Marie 🥰 Haha love it 😊❤️
It is so easy to understand and to follow. Thank you so much for your advice and your patience.
Oh you are very welcome 🤗 🥰❤️
This is exactly what I needed! Thank you so much!
You’re very welcome lovely 🤗
Would love if you would share your combo book!!!! Do a full flip.
I find your information very helpful and actually just listening to you chat in your videos are my favorite.
Thank you so much for your kind words Shannon! I'm always thrilled to hear that my videos are helpful. I'll definitely consider doing a full flip-through of my combo book in an upcoming video. But I do have a video series in the works where I'll be featuring some of my favorite colour combinations 😁! Your support means a lot, and I appreciate your feedback 🤍🤍🤍
I would love to see your book as well. I just got a book this weekend to create this type of book!
Master class! Thank you so much!!
You’re so welcome Cat ❤️
Excellent tutorial. Your clear, step by step breakdown of how to blend with colored pencils is so helpful. I’ve watched many tutorial videos on the subject of pencil blending by various colorists. Your explanation and demonstration of the process gives a novice colorist like me a concise "how to" for developing coloring skills. Thank you for sharing!
Ohhh thanks so much for your kind words, I really appreciate it. Thank you ❤️
Wonderful, thanks so much for this video. I'm happily following along! And I'd happily pay you too for lists of colour combos, I feel it's a poor part of my colouring.
Thank you for your kind words Marie! Happy to hear that you're following along and finding the videos helpful. I truly appreciate your comments, but I'm more than happy to share colour combos with you and our wonderful community for free 🤗. I'm currently working on a new video series where I'll be featuring some of these combos, stay tuned 😁🤍
Thank you, this is brilliant and so very helpful. Appreciate it very much. Thanks for doing this beginners series.
You're very welcome ☺️
Thank you for sharing this information! I love your coloring videos!
You’re very welcome Mary, thank you ❤️🥰
Thank you so much! You are a great inspiration, and a very good teacher 😊❤️
Thank you so much Sonata for your kind words, I truly appreciate it ❤️❤️
❤❤❤
A person suggested this to me to improve my drawing skills...nice video
Thank you so much 😀
Just want to say thank you. In all the videos I watched for this subject, yours was, for me, the best of the best. Thanks from Québec, Canada 😊
Oh thank you so much Sylvie. Glad it helped! 🥰❤️
Thank you very much for sharing and explaining! Could you make a video of all of the Prisma colorcombinations you’ve got written down in your little book? I am always struggling picking colors, so a few combos will definitely help. Thanks for all the work you are doing on TH-cam and on your website.
I sure can lovely, I’ll be sharing some of them on an upcoming video series for all the pencil sets / journals that I have 🤗
@@MyColourfulCountryLife I am looking forward to the upcoming video series! Thanks!😀
Thank you - great demo and explanations.😊
You’re very welcome ☺️❤️
Karen, ta vidéo est tellement utile et claire. Merci beaucoup pour partager ton talent et tes connaissances. Je suis contente car ça m'aide beaucoup pour colorier. Corinne
I'm so glad you found it helpful lovely 🤗🥰
Thank you ❤this was well explained and made so much sense xx
Oh you are very welcome 🤗
Flawless blending. Tfs
Thanks Darla 🤗
Thank you. Much easier to see than your previous blending tutorial due to the larger sized spaces.
You're welcome. It was definitely in need of an update 😁
Fantastic video and explanation. Thanks for all you do for us!
You’re very welcome Lucie 🤗☺️🥰
I was wondering if you have a video on each of the brands you own that work together in blending, layering, etc. Also, depending on paper, some brands you get 3 layers only, but other brands you get more than 3 layers. Would you have a video for this?
I am so sorry for so many comments and questions. But your style of sharing and teaching is amazing!!!!
I truly appreciate all you do 😍🤗😍
Hi Janet, I don't often layer while colouring, so I don't have a video on this yet, but definitely something to think about for the future. Thank you ❤️
Really helpful video thanks for sharing 😁.
My pleasure 😊
Just wow thank you so much for sharing this beautiful understanding video 😊 love this
You’re very welcome 🤗
Brilliant. Thanks for the time you spent explaining what is second nature to you.
Will give it a go
You’re very welcome Cathy, I hope it’s helpful ❤️🤗
Amazing! Thank you!
Thanks Judy ☺️
Beautiful!
Thank you ☺️
You may repeat the directions on what to do, but repetition is a big part of learning. Thank you for this tutorial. It addresses some of my questions about coloring with pencils. ❤
You're very welcome lovely, thank you 🤗
This video has helped me a lot. I have learned that when it comes to “scumbling “ I need to do light layers as it’s hard for me to lighten my pressure if I start hard pressure using this technique ❤
Glad it was helpful lovely ❤️🤗
Thank you sooo much. I like all of your videos. Always good tips and very inspiring❤
Oh thank you very much, that’s so lovely to hear 🤗🥰❤️
Great tutorial which will help a lot ! Thank you Karen 😊
Thanks so much Louise 🤗❤️
Great video Karen and you are an excellent teacher!😍💖
Thank you so much Eileen for your kind words. I’m truly happy that you enjoyed the video, and appreciate your support as always 🥰🤗❤️
Hi David, you’re very welcome! I have a video series with colour combinations coming out very soon 😁
Maravilhoso ❤
Thank you 🤗❤️
I needed this!
Perfect timing! Hope you find it helpful 🥰
You have no idea how long I've waited on this video! I was certainly one of the ones asking how do you know if you want to do light to dark or dark to light. 😂
Now it all makes sense! This is my favorite video thanks to the knowledgeyou provide! Thank you so much for sharing your talent with the world and helping others along the journey. You have a way of explaining things that just makes sense. You are spectacular! My spirit animal! 😊🐾🥰
Awww! Your kind words mean the world to me! 🌟 I'm absolutely thrilled to hear that the video helped you. I will have another video in the next few weeks about layering from light to dark. I'm touched that you find my explanations helpful 😊 Thanks for making my day with your lovely comment! You're amazing! 🎨✨"
Thank you for a great tutorial. I havent tried any of the big leaf designs in my books because didnt know how to colour huge areas without looking flat and one colour on the leaf.
You are so welcome! Glad it was helpful Wendy 🥰🤗
Lovely video. I've been interested in doing steam punk but I find metal coloring challenging and haven't seen a lot of videos on it.
Not a problem, I’ll definitely be doing a mix of different metals 😁❤️
I look forward to it. Also, Thank you for your color conversion charts. They are invaluable. @@MyColourfulCountryLife
@32763 you’re very welcome 😊
Thankyou Karen for sharing, you are so good at explaining your technique. I always enjoy watching. I feel the need to colour leaves now 💚💚
Thanks Jo, sometimes I wonder if I’m explaining it well 😅 Also, I love colouring leaves 🍃🤗
I’ve actually started your old video for colouring leaves in Magical Jungle because I love how you coloured it and thought it’s always good to have a refresh of skills ❤❤❤
@120_colours I saw your pic on insta, your page is looking amazing Jo 🍃😁
Such an informative tutorial without unnecessary chat - best explanation I’ve seen. I didn’t understand why the colours are laid down as you did but after watching this tutorial it all makes sense. Many thanks 🙏🌸
Thank you so much! I'm so glad it helped 🥰
Olá, boa noite. Muito obrigada por compartilhar seu conhecimento, amei aprender novas técnicas!! 🥰🥰🥰
You’re very welcome 😊
150 PrismaColors on one page would be a festival for the eyes. Oooh the possibilities. 🤔 Lovely tutorial. I always look forward to your videos.
Thank you so much! Yeah I think it’d be such a fun challenge, not sure how the page would look though haha 😆
You would definitely have to do alot of blending for sure. @@MyColourfulCountryLife
@Funtime-kx5rx haha yeah that’s one way to practice blending 😅
Oh, what a wonderful tutorial- thank you so much for sharing this! ❤ As I have broken my poor foot in a motorbike accodent - what better thing to do, than to try your technique out...? ❤ I must say- I just love your accent too!!! ❤ Greetings from the completely opposite side of the planet - Sweden . 🇸🇪
Oh no! I hope you have a speedy recovery ❤️ But I’m glad to have given you something to keep you occupied while you heal x
@@MyColourfulCountryLife Thank you! ❤️😇🙏✨️
Hi Karen, I have just entered the world of colouring and I am so glad I found you! 🥰 Not only are you a leftie like me, which makes following your tutorial easier as you do things the same way I Would 😃 but you are an excellent teacher and you explain everything so well. I love your colour combinations and would really like to learn more, I noticed another viewer has requested you sharing your colour combinations and you mentioned that you would, and I just want to say that I would pay for a copy of them too as they would help so much. 😍thank you so much for everything you do and share.
Hi lovely, so sorry for my late reply. Thank you so much for your kind comments. Not sure if you've seen them since this comment, but if you go to my playlists there is one for prismacolor colour combinations and another one for polys. Black Widow colour combos are coming soon 🤍🤗
@@MyColourfulCountryLife Thank you will go and have a look. Its the one prismacolour video on your playlist I haven't watched yet! 😄
Thank you so much. This was very helpful. Answered a lot of questions I had in my head. 👍😊
My pleasure lovely, good to know you found it helpful. If you ever have any questions in the future, feel free to reach out ❤️
I have seen people use colored pencils and they don't start off with the burnish technique.
Thanks Karen!
You’re welcome lovely 🥰
Thank you ❤ this has really helped a lot. Many tutorials are usually you do this and that divide equal parts and tada! That was not enough and the key factor for me at least was the point to taper the blend vs harsh line blend and the reasons behind it. Love all the tutorials you have been sharing lately.
Aww thank you. I figure that if I give as much info as possible people can skip past whatever doesn’t interest them but it’s there for those that need it ❤️🤗
Extremely helpful. Thank you! You just gained a new subscriber 😁
Oh thanks Janet, so happy you’ve found it helpful 🥰🤍
Wow! I still find it difficult to blend really nicely, but now that I've seen this... I'm going to try it tomorrow. You explained it very clearly, if I don't succeed now, I don't think it will ever work 😉
And to think I came across your video by chance, I was just looking around, not specifically looking for blending with pencils, so I was very happy when I saw this.
Hey Cindy 👋🏼 it was clearly meant to be haha so happy you found it. It may take some practice to get used to the amount of pressure you need to use but I believe it will help 😊 Please let me know how you go 😁 Happy colouring 🤗
Super tuto
Thanks Cathy 🤗
Thank you, that was really helpful. I’ve only just started to learn blending and my previous attempts had lines of colour. After your tutorial i can definitely see the difference and the colours are merging nicely. I think I’m ready to attempt some small pictures and see how i go. I’m loving all of your videos and will be going through them all for more helpful tips.
That’s awesome to hear! So glad you can see the difference and its helped ❤️
Hey Keni 👋🏼 Grandkids are definitely good at keeping you busy haha Thank you so much, I’m happy you enjoyed the video 🤗❤️
@@MyColourfulCountryLifeYou're so welcome.🤗❤️
Thank you
You’re very welcome Carole, happy colouring 🎨
Thank you for your wonderful videos Karen. I am just getting started in Adult Colouring. I think your little blend journals are a great idea. May I ask what are the sections you divide the journals into? Many thanks, Sue
Thanks Sue! I have mine broken into 10 sections:
1. Backgrounds (so sky, sunset, sunrise, night sky, rainbow etc)
2. Leaves
3. Wood
4. Metal
5. Ocean
6. Skin tones
7. Hair
8. Facial features (eyes, lips etc)
9. Miscellaneous (such as candlelight, snow, glass etc)
10. Florals (I also keep any straight blends that don’t fall into the other categories and I split the florals into colour groups like the reds that I showed in the video
🤗
Thank you so very much Karen. That’s given me a great starting point for my blends notebook. I really appreciate all your knowledge and ideas that you share on your channel. Sue
@susanjane9254 you’re very welcome Sue 🤗
Good information here! Thank you!!!
You’re very welcome 😊
I would love to know the color combos you used on the rest of the leaves
The colour tracker is up in my Facebook group in the prismacolor combo album 🤗
Dicas interessantes
Thanks so much ❤️
I have just found your channel and loving it. Do you have the 6 pencil combos that you have in your journal anywhere on your channel? I’d love to see what you put together, ty x
I do, if you check out my playlists there is one for prismas and polys so far. Lots more on there way. Black Widows is next 😁
Wonderful advice ❤️
Ohhhh how fun! I am definitely going to have to give it a try with the 150 set of prismas haha I’ll have to search for a super detailed picture
Love ❤️ your videos..I also enjoy using the Dahle 133 pencil sharpener.. I have tried electric sharpeners but they always eat up too much of the pencils..you are an excellent teacher..Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us..
Thank you so much for the kind words Sharon, I appreciate it. Happy that you’re enjoying the videos 🤗🥰❤️
Lol how rude was just watching this and power cut off lol this beautiful ❤
Haha very rude 😂🤗 hope your power is back on. It’s so stormy here, snow predicted 🥶
❤️❤️❤️
Thanks 😊
Beautiful but tedious, for me. I can not last more then 10 minutes before switching to a marker base color to speed things up. I appreciate the effort but I just do not have the patience. I wish I could color this way. Thank you so much for the in depth tutorial! I love your videos.
Which bristol is the best for colour pencils? Do You have any favorite?
I sure do, I use the Neenah cardstock, you’ll see it in my top picks for holiday gifts video from last week 😁🤗
How do u put in your shadows?
Hi Susan, I’ll definitely add this to the list of video ideas, thank you 🤗
Does anybody know what the difference is between the Crayola Premium colored pencils and the regular Crayola colored pencils?
Do we work Copic markers in same way?
Hi Dorothy, markers are quite different when it comes to blending. This technique is mostly just for pencils 🤗
